Yeah. This was suspected when the image first appeared way back when. When I saw that photo of documents, the first thing I didn't think of was negligence or sloppiness.

I thought focused purpose.

FBI SCENE COMMANDER: Okay. We have the box of documents from the Archives. Are there any surveillance devices in this room?

FBI AGENT 1: No sir. Sweep complete.

FBI SCENE COMMANDER: Very well. Let's proceed. Remember, no names. Agent 2?

FBI AGENT 2: Sir, I just checked. The documents with the elevated security classifications were inserted into the crate at the Archives right before it was shipped, and were right where they told us they would be.

FBI SCENE COMMANDER: Good. Was the shipping manifest modified to show the inclusion of those documents as instructed?

FBI AGENT 2: Even better, sir. Our agent taking care of the Archives process had the username and password of the Archives employee who created the manifest because he was watching porn. We presented him with a fake warrant and specified we needed his credentials to complete the investigation, and if he didn't talk to anyone, we were probably going to drop the whole thing. He won't talk to anyone. Instead of just making a fake manifest, we logged in as him and created a new real manifest. We also went back logged in as him and grabbed the documents and inserted them into the shipment under his name, and even modified in the database the actual requests from the Trump Team for those additional classified documents. So, the trail goes all the way back to Trump.

FBI SCENE COMMANDER: Strong work, Agent 2. Very good. Okay, let's get moving. Get those documents out of the crate. Put that box next to the toilet. Put those five boxes in the closet with the wooden shutters. Agent 1, unpack those ten boxes, and stack them sloppily on the floor over there.

FBI AGENT 1: Like this, sir? (points to five knee high stacks of unpacked and unevenly stacked documents, two of them toppled with the documents visible and scattered on the floor)

FBI SCENE COMMANDER: Good. Take several pictures to show how sloppy these storage procedures were. Wait. Before you take any pictures, mix in some of those CLASSIFIED, and TOP SECRET documents, and make sure the classification stamps are clearly visible in the photos.
