“Don’t jump,” President Joe Biden shouted this week for at least the 20th time as president, raising concerns on the campaign trail about his mental acuity.
Biden, 81, whom special counsel Robert Hur described as “an elderly man with a poor memory,” often uses the phrase “Don’t jump” to joke or taunt his critics.
Biden typically directs his wisecrack at individuals who are standing near a ledge or on a balcony, though no video evidence shows anyone seeking to “jump” from their perch. He once told a person standing just a few feet in front of him not to jump. Another time, Biden told a seated individual at a restaurant not to jump.

1 - He has dementia.
2 - He is a jerk.
He truly is a creepy jerkoff in any walk in life. He has the pedovibe and shyster persona and is perfect for politics.
Yup. It may be that the dementia has made this more frequent for Biden, but the bottom line is that he is a stupid person and he has a limited capacity for humor, and the humor he is capable of is just very low-level stuff. He has a real knee-slapper of a joke (”Don’t jump!”) and he thinks he’s has been getting laughs with this witticism for many decades. This what dumb people do.

question remains as to which candidate can influence the voters.
As the entropied mind struggles to survive, it will recall past moments of dopamine rewards, so it engages “the act” - or the mental crutch that it thinks it needs to succeed. (It’s also why drunks repeat themselves.) In the case of the Drooling Spoon, he was devoid of any charisma, so his dullard brain hooked on to whatever it thought worked. It’s also why he lies and plagerizes. We’ll be seeing more and more of this as he, thankfully, fades away forever.
