Hunter Biden lost his bid to delay his federal gun trial, a district judge ruled Tuesday, setting the case up to go to trial in June.
U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika rejected defense attorneys’ effort to delay the trial until September, which Biden’s legal team argued was necessary in order to have enough time to line up witnesses and review the prosecution’s evidence, The Associated Press reported.
The judge’s decision comes a week after the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the president’s son’s appeal to toss the federal gun charges, ruling it did not have jurisdiction in the matter. Biden had asked the court to overturn Noreika’s previous decision that the case should move forward to trial.

Need time for bribes or make fake charges for the result desired?.
Daddy has to much to lose if Hunter talks to much.
The left needs this trial if they’re going to force Joe to drop out. They may even secure a conviction just to be sure.
“If you drop out, we’ll delay the date he has to report to jail until after the election, and you can pardon him on your way out. And we’ll make sure the press doesn’t cover it in any meaningful way.”
Wonder where papa got the name Hunter? I also wonder if he, too, took showers with his father or perhaps his sister?

This is all about delaying the trial until Daddy can pardon his Hunter without political consequence after the November election.
With a June trial, Daddy might have to do so before the election, which will cost him a few votes.
