A spitting Druid who wants to govern the state has lost his Libertarian endorsement in the latest twist of the strongest third-party campaigning in years.

None of the four minor-party candidates expects to win the election, but together, they're determined to trip up the increasingly unpopular Gov. Davis and Bill Simon.

Camejo, who speaks fluent Spanish, is gaining support among Latinos and other minorities -- a new feat for the predominantly white Green Party. It's likely, for example, that Camejo will be endorsed by the American Muslim Alliance, which asked him to be the keynote speaker a few weeks back at an independence day celebration in Golden Gate Park that drew a crowd thousands-strong.

The Greens are also likely to run Cynthia McKinney for President in '04, further cementing their alliance with extreme Islamo-Nazi terrorists. This war we're in is definitely shining the kitchen light on the cockroaches.

In a broader sense, with this lineup of candidates, California is looking nuttier than ever, if that's possible.

I know some LP members who prefer Simon's gun policy over Davis's policies. OTOH, Simon doesn't go far enough in deregulation and lowering taxes, and he's anti-choice on abortion and anti-choice on drugs. Simon is also likely too pro-"corporate favors" rather than pro-"free market".
