Knowing who owns the courts, and where the judges get their paychecks, what's your point?

I forgot, the courts are in on the conspiracy, right?

If a Court decreed that 2 + 2 = 5, you’d accept that ?

There are facts, and there are opinions. The court’s OPINION is wrong about the 16th amendment. The FACT is that it was never ratified. Go ahead and look it up.

One State legislature rejected it, but that State was counted as a ratification. Other States changed the wording on the version they approved, which makes those approvals invalid.

There are many arguments about the definitions and wording of the tax code, and Courts’ opinions have some bearing. But the 16th Amendment was NEVER ratified, and a fact cannot be wished away by an opinion.
