Albania’s former President Ilir Meta has a clear message for President Biden, "Don’t forget about Albania and the Western Balkans."
Meta, who was president of Albania from 2017 to 2022 and now leads the Party of Freedom, is worried that the United States is forgetting one of its most important European and NATO allies.
In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, the former president said the Balkans is "suffering from the status quo" and that outside actors such as Russia have tried to hinder the region's EU integration and NATO membership."

I can believe Albainia is At Heist, they’ll steal anything not nailed down.
P.J. O’Rourke did a great piece on Albania in his book, “Eat The Rich”.

I don’t have any inherent hatred towards Albanians. However I also hardly see what makes them think they could tell us even the time of day.
I did know in WW2 Mussolini conquered Albania and the Italian king supposedly said something like “big deal it’s 4 rocks and a hovel”.
A few more things I’ve learned about it:

They have one of the lowest birth rates in the world at 1.5 children per female…definitely sliding towards extinction.
But worst of all they seem to have a very socialistic bent. Free health care, high taxes, free education And even though the communists ruled them with terror for 4 decades they are one of the few peoples that I know of that actually voted socialists back into power a decade or so ago and I believe several politicians today are far left.
LOl and all these guys are posting pics of young scantily clad Albanian women as if to prove that makes them worthy of telling us what to do.
yeah well about 90% of the worlds countries have hot looking young women to my eyes.

Interestingly, I am one of those posting pictures of a (particular) scantily clad almost Albanian Girl.
A couple of reasons, least important, I'm a member of the "Not Guilty" FReepers and she's Not Guilty, however Eliza Dushku is of Albanian Heritage and from 2006 has made efforts to increase social communication between Albania and the US, from a standard Leftist Feminist platform which will NOT solve the Albanian problem.
Which will not help protect Christian Serbs.
Unexplainably Dushku's mother is a Mormon Feminist Activist (also Leftist, technically Christian).

Albania, which deliberately kept itself primitive in the 21st century, is a danger to both Serbs and Greeks!
However, the Albanian Orthodox Church has been revived, and is headed by an Archbishop who is widely regarded as a Saint!
