No it isn't. The USA would have to have a 90 + population of blacks, MOST of whom would vote for 1 party, which, in turn, would put someone like Khalid Muhammed / the entire prof list of the black studies program at Harvard ( Cornel West , etc. ) / Al Sharpton up for president, for this to happen here . The Hispanics won't go along with what those people want, and neither would Asians.
