A federal judge ruled against Jack Smith in the ‘election interference’ case against Donald Trump. The judge restricted Smith’s actions after Trump’s legal team accused Smith of violating a stay order. Trump’s team appealed to determine if he’s covered by presidential immunity. The judge agreed with Trump’s team, restricting further substantive pretrial motions. However, the judge refused to hold Smith and his prosecutors in contempt due to unclear restrictions. "The court agrees … diligent defense counsel will need to conduct a preliminary review of each substantive motion the Government files in order to know whether they need to take further...

The central US is bracing for what could be a potentially dangerous end to the weekend as forecasters track the threat of severe weather on Sunday, including the potential for a derecho that could sweep across portions of Kansas and Oklahoma with destructive wind gusts higher than 100 mph and baseball-sized hail. This comes on the heels of another deadly derecho that barreled across Texas and Louisiana on Thursday, blasting the Houston metro area with winds up to 100 mph that left at least seven people dead and more than 1 million customers without power.

Extremists plotting to wreak havoc at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) include a Missouri man charged with spying for Russia, sparking fears the Kremlin could seek to unleash chaos at the conference. Police are already braced for massive protests at the August convention, with agitators threatening a throwback to 1968 when the event turned into a bloodbath. In recent weeks, clashes at university campuses over the Israel-Hamas conflict have raised concerns that the far left is ramping up plans for a major show of force. But DailyMail.com can now reveal that those plotting to bring chaos to the streets of...

Critics on social media dragged President Biden over video footage showing what appeared to be a small showing of supporters greeting the president’s motorcade in the deep blue city of Atlanta, where he held a fundraising event and delivered Morehouse College’s commencement speech. "Crooked Joe Biden – dazed and confused, as usual – shuffles down the short stairs in Atlanta ahead of his day of pandering. He ignores questions," RNC research posted Saturday as Biden landed in the city. "If a presidential motorcade passes through town but absolutely nobody cares – did it really pass through town?" RNC Research asked...

Norfolk, Massachusetts’ 11,500 residents voted overwhelmingly for Joe Biden in 2020. Now, residents are up in arms that they are getting exactly what they voted for. "Spaving" – spending more to save – is an old "trap" with a new name hitting grocery stores, retailers and even online gambling. Though there are times "spaving" is worthwhile, one personal finance expert outlined how consumers can avoid becoming the "victim" of the marketing ploy. "The whole concept of ‘spaving’ is to get consumers to buy more," Kuderna Financial Team founder and "What Should I Do with My Money?" author Bryan Kuderna told Fox News Digital. "You see different examples like that all throughout the economy. And where it hurts the consumer is if it encourages them to essentially...

The Federal Trade Commission chair seeks expansive powers to regulate businesses through an ahistorical reading of antitrust law. Since becoming chair of the Federal Trade Commission three years ago, Lina Khan has sought doggedly to politicize antitrust law. For decades, regulators and judges have adhered to the consumer-welfare standard, under which antitrust ensures merely that firms pursue low prices, high product quality, and innovation. Khan, by contrast, sees antitrust as a vehicle for “shap[ing] the distribution of power and opportunity across our economy.” Generally, Khan’s strength has not matched her ambition. In its long-awaited lawsuit against Amazon, for instance, the...

Skateboarder Taylor Silverman criticized the National Organization for Women for claiming advocacy for fairness in women’s sports is white supremacy. Silverman said this was a desperate attempt to scare people into silence and erase minority women’s experiences. “I take the National Organization for Women claiming that fairness in women’s sports is White supremacy about as seriously as I take them claiming men can be women,” Silverman stated. “They are blinded by this lie and desperate to scare people into silence. Men in women’s sports impacts all women, including minorities that the National Organization for Women seemingly want to erase to...

A bad move from a totalitarian-minded leftist leader in Germany is sure to give Joe Biden ideas. Germany’s transport minister (and progressive politician), Volker Wissing, last month vowed to ban driving on weekends to meet Germany's climate-related goals. It's either do that or else he wants the ruling coalition to pass more restrictions within the Climate Protection Act come July. According to the German newspaper BILD, as cited by Politico, Wissing penned a letter to the coalition’s parliamentary group leaders, in which he bemoaned the fact that the reforms haven’t yet been approved. Wissing, whose initials are ironically those of...

House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer claimed that a business operated by Hunter Biden made monthly payments to President Joe Biden, backed by a subpoenaed bank record showing funds flowing from Owaso PC to Joe Biden. The committee alleges that Hunter Biden’s business account received payments from Chinese-state-linked companies and other foreign entities, implicating Joe Biden in his son’s business activities. The panel also released an email expressing concerns over money from China going to Hunter Biden, raising questions about the Biden family’s business dealings. Comer called for accountability, accusing the Bidens of corruption. “Hunter Biden is...

There was plenty of calculated strategy behind Western governments’ COVID madness. The COVID police state revealed Western governments’ zeal for totalitarianism. Forced masking, forced experimental injections, forced school and business closures, forced isolation, and forced compliance provided Western citizens an opportunity to see the tyrannical inclinations hiding just beneath the surface of their supposedly beneficent “democracies.” None of it was pretty. Mass propaganda disguised as medical expertise (remember when Joe Biden and his CDC army of Goebbels clones demanded that we wear three or more masks outside?) and mass censorship of social media conversations (because, we were frequently told, disinformation...

PHOENIX — Attorney John Eastman pleaded not guilty in a Phoenix courthouse on Friday to state charges that he schemed to keep former President Donald Trump in power after he lost the 2020 presidential election, according to multiple reports. Eastman, who advised Trump’s 2020 campaign, appeared briefly before a judge and later told reporters, “I’m confident that with the laws faithfully applied, I will be fully exonerated,” The New York Times reported. “I had zero communications with the electors in Arizona (and) zero involvement in any of the election litigation in Arizona or legislative hearings,” he said, according to The...
