Should have said “No, I’m not really driving. I’m shooting a scene for a movie, in the old style of Alfred Hitchcock, where they make it look like I’m driving, but it’s just rear projection...”
Unfortunately for Dawkins and others, you don’t get a nice tidy, high trust Christian culture from anything other than a population who at least generally tries to adhere to Christian beliefs. Can’t have one without the other, and if you abandon the beliefs, the culture will just degenerate.
Tyson Foods got busted a while back using illegal immigrants to run its plants. Recently it has been working with Biden to hire “asylum seekers” (illegal immigrants that Biden granted permission to get jobs). Conservatives found out about it, publicized it, and started a boycott.
Not really, in terms of stuff like this. We’ve got Amber Alerts, everyone has a trackable phone in their pocket, and there’s a network of cameras everywhere capturing people’s license plates. It’s much harder to kidnap a child off the street nowadays and get away with it than it was, say, 40 years ago. The 70s-80s were the peak serial killer/kidnapper heyday.
Sure, but in a case where multiple states are abusing the legal system in a blatant attempt to interfere with a Presidential election, I think the SC can and should claim original jurisdiction over all the cases.
There’s nobody who could call for it. Only Trump could, and he really can’t be doing that and fighting these legal cases and campaigning to get elected at the same time.
The only scenario I could see is if some very respected person stood up to rally a resistance on behalf of Trump, but it would have to be someone both totally trusted by the grassroots and also not officially tied to Trump in any way. Who could that be?

I’m going to speculate that the already complicated politics of the original site didn’t leave much room for the Protestant pilgrims so they eventually just found their own alternate site :)
