TEL AVIV, Israel, May 8 (UPI) -- Israeli security officials reported to the new justice minister Monday that a security barrier is set to be 95 percent finished by year's end. Minister Haim Ramon received the keys to his office and held his first meeting, Ynetnews.com reported. Ramon was told that 217 miles of the 292-mile barrier have been completed.
