Remember when the left in America tried to convince everyone that no children were being 'transed'? Despite mountains of evidence that minors indeed were being mutilated with surgery and sterilized with life-changing drugs and hormones, they firmly insisted that it wasn't happening. Obviously, that charade didn't last very long, so the left is now firmly entrenched in the 'it's good that it is' half of the 'It's not happening and it's good that it is' equation. The new deception that the left tries to sell is that children are only given 'gender-affirming care' (a diabolical term if there ever was...

Now, first, before we get this legal deep dive going, let’s be clear. We haven’t seen Professor Turley call for jury nullification—not even by a proverbial wink. What we are saying is that what he is documenting is enough for us to say if this author was on the jury, we would engage in jury nullification. Why? In order to vindicate Trump’s constitutional rights. Mr. Turley published a thread that started with this post: The Hill is out with my column on the closing arguments scheduled for next week in the Trump trial. A hung jury seems the most likely...

It is well known Obama loves to be divisive and constantly harps on race and sex. Today's post was no exception. .@POTUS just confirmed his 200th judge – not an easy accomplishment with a narrow majority in the Senate. And more than half are women and people of color. Judges have the power to roll back progress or keep us moving forward; to protect our basic liberties or take them away.… https://t.co/72CwuLmIAz — Barack Obama (@BarackObama) May 22, 2024 Forget experience and competence. Now, all that is matters is the color of skin and what is between your legs. Look...

The NFL has tolerated many things in the past. Players abusing their wives/girlfriends, driving drunk, saying horrible things about a race or a religion, and even rape ... But it would appear there is finally SOMETHING the NFL will not tolerate, and that's Christianity. We saw a bit of this when Tim Tebow DARED go to one knee in prayer but they didn't outright condemn him, like they have Harrison Butker's speech. Apparently, Butker voicing Christian beliefs that include cherishing his wife and and the mother of their children is a step too far. It's interesting (and by interesting we...

The Biden campaign keeps trying to hit on Speaker Mike Johnson for a bill making it illegal for noncitizens to vote in federal elections. It's already illegal, so what's he trying to prove? Sen. Mike Lee recently posted a lengthy thread on just how "shockingly easy" it is for noncitizens to vote. As we reported, a Mexican NGO called Resource Center Matamoras has been distributing flyers to illegal immigrants encouraging them to vote for President Joe Biden. "Reminder to vote for President Biden when you are in the United States. We need another four years of his term to stay...

As Twitchy readers know, J.K. Rowling is once again under fire for 'comparing' a man to a man because he is a man (who claims he is a woman). This prompted a later post by Rowling where she addressed the claim that she, a slight 5-foot 4-inch 58-year-old woman, was bullying a beefy British football manager who identifies himself as 'Lucy Clark'. Calling a man a man is not 'bullying' or 'punching down.' Crossdressing straight men are currently one of the most pandered-to demographics in existence, and women are under no obligation to applaud the people caricaturing us. — J.K....

Wow! Two high school seniors solved a mathematical puzzle that has stumped mankind for 2,000 years. "60 Minutes" did a nice feature on the pair, and earned themselves a Community Note in the process. Two high school seniors solved a mathematical puzzle that was thought to be impossible for 2,000 years. @BillWhitakerCBS reports, Sunday. https://t.co/mEN4CWeXMW pic.twitter.com/iPhsZiERsc — 60 Minutes (@60Minutes) May 2, 2024 Readers added context they thought people might want to know This puzzle was solved 15 years ago… I studied physics and this isn't a discovery, it was published in a paper over 15 years ago, they've just...

The White House Correspondent's Dinner is truly filled with some low-hanging fruit (pun intended), but this thread from @Amuse is one of this editor's favorite things this morning. It sums up how ridiculous and accidentally hilarious the whole thing has become. What used to be a gentlemanly roast of the president has become some obnoxious party for the media to pat itself on the back while pretending to hold a president they literally carry water for every day, accountable. For example, they roasted TRUMP more than Biden. Yeah, they suck. Luckily, Amuse did some of the heavy lifting for us...

J.K. Rowling should take a bow. She has been a tireless, vocal defender of women and kids against the tidal wave of transgender insanity. We've written about her a lot, because she's always so awesome. And while the woke Left and trans activists screamed at her, threatened her, and harassed her, she held her head high and kept speaking truth to power. So now that she's not-too-subtly taking a victory lap in the wake of the Cass Report, we are applauding her. ‘In years to come we will look back at the damage done to children with incredulity and horror.’...

Mike Rowe gets it. And he always has. Unlike far too many Americans, he understands the value of hard work and why more of us (especially young people getting ready to go to college or already in college) need to do more of it. Especially right now as we're watching schools like Columbia, Yale, Barnard, and others eating themselves with the pro-Palestine/Hamas riots. Protests. Whatever. They say tomato ... they're wrong. Take a look at this from Rowe: For a guy who runs a foundation that sends young people to trade schools all over America – trade schools where I’m...

Ol Grandpa Joe is having a banner day. When he's not doing a Ron Burgundy impression, he's saying things that we actually believe are true. Watch: BIDEN: "How many times does [Trump] have to prove we can't be trusted!?" pic.twitter.com/g3o9cM6zQ5 — RNC Research (@RNCResearch) April 23, 2024 'We can't be trusted' -- yeah, Joe, we know. We wouldn't trust you as far as we can throw you. Whoops, a little bit of truth slipped out for a change. — Kelkat (@Tweetytweeter63) April 23, 2024 Yep. For a change. I think he has pretty much proven it. You can’t be trusted...

Let us start by saying we expect different levels of expertise from different people. Like for instance, if we are talking to a layperson and they indicated they didn’t know the difference between a motion to dismiss and a motion for summary judgment, we wouldn’t bat an eyelash at it. That is a level of ignorance that is just normal and justifiable for people who don’t deal with the law very much. We wouldn’t make fun of a such person for not knowing that or look down on them: We would simply explain the difference. But if a person claims...

Weird how we never hear about men's toilets or locker rooms becoming gender-neutral or 'unisex', isn't it? Only women's locker rooms and bathrooms must be converted to accommodate men who think they're women. In Brisbane, girls are afraid to use the bathroom -- a basic and necessary biological function -- because the now unisex spaces are populated with boys loitering outside and urinating in waste bins. But suck it up, young ladies. Can't make a man feel unsafe or unwelcome. Why were the girls facilities converted to “gender neutral”? Why is it the girls who lose out? Who thought it...

A lot of people with their eyes open are starting to realize that the Gaza tent city set up at Columbia University is just the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville without the tiki torches. They're all united in their hatred of the Jewish people. President Joe Biden campaigned on the Charlottesville hoax, that President Donald Trump had called the neo-Nazis "very fine people." In fact, his first campaign video was about it and how it had inspired him to run for president. Anyone who watches the video or reads the transcript of Trump's remarks knows that he denounced the...

The Biden campaign has an ad where someone refers to him as 'sharp as a knife' and the mockery and laughter it has provided us is AMAZING! Joe Biden’s new TV ad says he’s “sharp as a knife.” I discussed with @marthamaccallum: pic.twitter.com/W6HCI7340e — Clay Travis (@ClayTravis) April 19, 2024 Look, the Biden Presidency is awful, the country is in shambles, and his administration is making a mess of everything, we understand they are trying to help push this guy over the finish line and remove some of the fears regarding if he is all there in the brian department...

The other day, we told you about Biden lying -- again -- about his uncle Bosey getting eaten by cannibals after his plane was shot down during WWII. We also told you about the hilarious hashtag this lie inspired. But not everyone is laughing. In fact, some academics in Papua New Guinea are offended: 'They wouldn't just eat any white men that fell from the sky': Outraged Papua New Guinea academics lash out at Biden's 'unacceptable' suggestion that cannibals ate his WW2 pilot uncle https://t.co/vNFYeegi9X pic.twitter.com/UzSemZcxSR — Daily Mail Online (@MailOnline) April 19, 2024 More from The Daily Mail: Outraged...

Yikes. It's been just over a year since Audrey Hale killed six at Covenant School in Nashville, TN. Authorities still haven't released Hale's manifesto (something the police said they were 'considering' for release a year ago), but the Left insists Hale was 'right-wing' and not one of their own. Now news is breaking from Montgomery County, Maryland, where another 'trans' individual wrote a 129-page manifesto with plans to get 'famous' by committing a school shooting. Remember when President Joe Biden tried to quote the Declaration of Independence? "We hold these truths to be self-evident: all men and women created by -go- you know - you know the thing." That was his stutter. All the times he's lied about his son being killed in Iraq? That's his stutter too. Getting arrested trying to visit Nelson Mandela? His stutter. Those times when he just freezes up like his brain is rebooting? That is his stutter. We hear a lot about Biden's lifelong stutter, even though it's noticeably absent from footage of him as a senator and as...

Twitchy's parent site TOWNHALL posted an excellent story about a MAJOR Hamas announcement please take a minute to run over and read it and come back here so we can talk about some of the comments on the X posts promoting the story. Hamas Just Made a Major Announcement...And the Media Is Nowhere to be Found https://t.co/JGlp2gvpQs — Katie Pavlich (@KatiePavlich) April 13, 2024 YUP. You read that correctly. Hamas admitted that the numbers the mainstream media has been shoving down your throat about the Gaza death toll are inflated. It seems that most people were not surprised about the...

Contrary to rumor, we here at Twitchy are not, in fact, the personal press agents for actor James Woods, LOL. We just happen to love the man because he drops so many truth bombs on Twitter, they're impossible to resist. Just this week, the two-time Academy Award nominee has epically dunked on Don Lemon, Eric Swalwell, and Joe Biden's unconstitutional college loan 'forgiveness' program. He's murdered more leftist narratives than Jack Crow did vamps in John Carpenter's Vampires. Last night, Woods set his sights on the gun control debate. With one single meme, Woods demolished leftist narratives on the gun...
