Ex-White House press secretary Jen Psaki is being forced to retract a false claim in her new book that President Biden did not check his watch during the dignified transfer of 13 US troops killed in the Afghanistan withdrawal. In her May 2024 tome “Say More,” Psaki attacked her former boss’s critics, who she said seized on the callous moment to make “him appear insensitive, concerned only about how much time had passed,” claiming he “only looked at his watch after the ceremony had ended.” Axios first reported on the book’s inaccuracy. Photos, videos and media fact-checkers at the time...

Former White House press secretary Jen Psaki falsely claimed that President Joe Biden did not look at his watch during the ceremony at Dover for the 13 soldiers killed during the withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021. Psaki wrote in her new book Say More Lessons from Work, the White House, and the World that 'the president looked at his watch only after the ceremony had ended. Moments later, he and the First Lady headed toward their car.' She wrote in her book that claims to the contrary were 'misinformation.'

Joe Biden’s X account on Friday was seen urging Americans to “support women’s sports” even as he continues to push transgender athletes into women’s sports. Biden has been attempting to force every school in the country to allow male students who “identify” as females to play on any girl’s sports team they want, yet in his May 10 post on X, Biden claimed that he wants to “grow women’s sports.” “As a nation, we need to support women’s sports by showing up in person and watching on TV – with more sponsorships and programming,” the message on his X feed...

A conservative group known for exposing Joe Biden’s dog as a serial biter of Secret Service staffers is suing San Francisco over its guaranteed income program for transgender residents. The nonprofit Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit in San Francisco Superior Court this week “on behalf of San Francisco taxpayers” Michael Phillips, Paul Wildes and Reed Sandberg. It names Mayor London Breed, Treasurer José Cisneros, City Administrator Carmen Chu and the executive director of the city’s Office of Transgender Initiatives as defendants in the lawsuit, which argues that the city’s GIFT program violates the California Constitution’s equal protection clause. GIFT, San...

The movies are now more than 100 years old. That still makes them a young medium, at least in art-form years (how old is the novel? the theater? the painting?). But they’re just old enough to make compiling Variety’s first-ever list of the 100 Greatest Movies of All Time a more daunting task than it once might have been. Think about it: You get an average of one film per year. A great deal of ardent discussion and debate went into the creation of this list. Our choices were winnowed from hundreds of titles submitted by more than 30 Variety...

He got a lot of bang for his buck — and not in a good way. A tourist’s attempt to photograph a deer ended painfully after the critter rammed him and broke his ribs, as seen in a wince-worthy video blowing up online. “I couldn’t believe it,” Gian Carlo Triacca, 42, told Caters News Service of the attack, which occurred while he and his wife, Erika, 40, were vacationing in Greece. The couple, who hail from Cancun, Mexico, had reportedly been entranced by a menagerie of beasts seen where they were on holiday.

Apple’s smart watch could be banned from being imported into the United States after the federal government ruled that it violated a company’s patent, according to a report. Certain models of the Apple Watch are in violation of a patent that was issued to Masimo, a medical tech firm that created a sensory device that measures blood oxygen levels. The US International Trade Commission ruled in favor of Masimo on Thursday and determined that Apple was indeed in violation of a patent, according to The Wall Street Journal. President Joe Biden’s administration will have 60 days to decide whether to...

p>Joe Biden screwed over Americans in Afghanistan. He left them behind. He left key Afghan allies behind. The chaotic scene at the airport in Kabul was primed for a terror attack that occurred. A suicide bomber killed 13 US service members, most of them US Marines, along with at least 60 Afghan civilians. Joe Biden ventured to Dover for the transfer of the bodies and looked at his watch—multiple times. He apparently had better places to be, or he was merely counting down the minutes to when he can say how he helmed the most successful and most awesome airlift...

Thursday marked the second Presidential debate, with Donald Trump and Joe Biden taking to the stage again to discuss various important topics ahead of November’s election. This year’s debates haven’t been without their drama. In the first one, Biden told Trump to “shut up”, then in the Vice Presidential debate a fly landed on Mike Pence’s head, and the latest debate certainly didn’t disappoint either. One key moment that everyone picked up on was when Biden intensely stared at his watch, and it’s being compared to a moment in a 1992 town hall debate.
