The ass-whooping Hillary Clinton took in the presidential election is both epic and hysterical.
She was guaranteed a win by the elite class and their money and still managed to get curb-stomped by an inexperienced outsider who the entire media branded the worst person since Hitler. While the democrats will scratch their heads, if their heads haven’t exploded, over this stunning upset, the fact remains that Hillary is a corrupt lying criminal. Her losing this election may only be the beginning of her problems.
The Justice Department and the FBI, under the direct control of Barack Obama, exposed itself as liberal puppets by refusing to fully investigate or indict Hillary for her illegal handling of classified materials on her private e-mail server. With Donald Trump coming into office, there’s the very real possibility that he will instruct these law enforcement departments to re-open the case and deliver the justice Hillary has been dodging for so long.
Trump has said that if he is elected president that he would put Hillary in jail. That’s not just big talk, because her crimes are well documented. FBI Director James Comey, in declining to recommend an indictment, said straight up that Hillary sent classified material over her unsecured e-mail server to people who didn’t have security clearance to view them. This is a crime and it is ridiculous that she wasn’t arrested and prosecuted for it. Without Obama holding them back, the FBI and Justice Department will most certainly go after Hillary.
And that’s just the beginning of Hillary’s legal troubles. The FBI is also investigating the pay-to-play scheme Hillary was running with her family foundation in which she sold political favors to corporations, foreign entities, and wealthy cronies. It’s unlikely President Trump will try to burry this investigation the way Obama has.
Then there are her troubles with Congress. There are several active investigations into Hillary’s illegal dealings that could spell trouble for her. In addition, Hillary lied under oath to Congress so she will almost certainly be found guilty of perjury.
With all of this in mind, I predict that Hillary Clinton will once again avoid justice because of one simple thing: Obama will pardon her for all of her crimes as one of his last acts as president. Not only doesn’t Obama have to worry about reelection, these investigations into Hillary’s wrongdoing will reveal crimes committed by the Obama administration. If Obama pardons Hillary, there will be no one looking into his own unsavory shit.
A Trump presidency literally means Obama’s legacy, as sad as it is, will be erased. There’s nothing Obama can do to change that, but he can make sure his legacy doesn’t include federal prison by pardoning Hillary Clinton.
Plus, Obama wants to know how Bill and Hillary went from being “dead broke” to having a net worth of $350 million in the 16 years since they left the White Hose. As Obama prepares for life after the presidency, he certainly wants to amass great wealth without having to work for it and the Clintons can show him the way, but only if Hillary isn’t wearing a prison jumpsuit.
So what will become of post-election Hillary Clinton? Not much. She will continue to avoid paying for her evil deeds and growing her bank account with illegal and unethical dollars. They only thing that might actually catch up with her is her failing health. She may be able to wrangle her way out of everything else, but the Grim Reaper is incorruptible.
The new DOJ under Trump should go after that lying hack Lois Lerner. She used the IRS as a weapon against Republicans.
If there is a pardon, are all the records sealed on the investigation that really hasn't taken place yet? There is already so much evidence flying around the internet, can they contain it?
No quarter. Do it Trump.
He promised a special prosecutor. His AG should appoint an honest one, and let him/her do the job without interference one way or another.
THe tension between DOJ and FBI will make it difficult for Obama to control things, especially with the anti-Hillary sentiment at FBI. And he has no control over what the NYPD may do. So I think he’s got to wait and see what happens, and whether it’s worth sacrificing his legacy to save Hillary. He already knows Trump is going to un-do everything else he’s screwed-up and the only thing he really cares about his himself anyway...most rumors are that Obamas and the Clintons hate each other personally.
If there is anything to the sex-related rumors, you can be sure there will be no pardon for that.
If HRC got a fresh start via pardons, she’d be back violating laws in a NY minute and would likely be vulnerable very quickly.
A pardon for Hillary doesn’t mean it shouldn’t go to a special prosecutor. There are lots of others who could be charged, including Bill, if he isn’t pardoned as well. And an SP can also get the whole story out, and clearly say if she would have been prosecuted if not for the pardon. He could also close down the Clinton Foundation under RICO as a corrupt organization.
No indictment of any kind will occur before Obama leaves office ... once Trump is in all bets are off on Hillary. Obama can't pardon anyone once he leaves office.
I am getting tired of all this PARDON talk. Even if Obama grants Hillary a pardon it does not end her legal troubles.
A presidential pardon is only good for Federal crimes. It does not block any state prosecution. Nor does it block any civil action.
I can see someone that donated to the Clinton Foundation suing the foundation for fraud wanting their donation back.
I am thinking the quickest way to drain the swamp is to make an example out of Hillary, return the rule of law to our nation.
It really is amazing still that Trump managed to win against the establishments of both parties and the Ministry of Propaganda.
Everyone who decided to overlook the fact that BHO is not a natural born citizen had better be hoping Trump does not decide to look into that.
I heard someone opine today that maybe President Trump should pardon Hillary. It would make him a benevolent uniter, and forever taint Hillary with the suspicion of guilt.
Something that could be done by the new AG or “special prosecutor” is cut a deal with Hellary & Slick. Accept felony convictions, but no jail time. However you must give up states evidence, that is testify against all others where necessary in the RICO investigations and subsequent trial.
You would have the delicious scene of Slick & Hellary over and over ratting out there “pals” - their “partners in crime”. The visuals of that might if penetrate into the consciousness of these Rats that Slick & Hellary are really really bad people! It might even register with some of these snowflakes we see crying on campus and elsewhere.
If 0bama gives a blanket pardon, can it be for any and all conceivable crimes or civil violations that she has committed before January 20, 2017? IOW could she get complete immunity form any prosecution-civil and criminal?
Could Trump reverse a pardon via EO. If not why not?
Could Trump launch investigation into the Clinton crime syndicate even if Hitlery and the other crime partners (BJ, huma Chelsea, podesta) received pardons? Even if a pardon cannot be reversed, an investigation would be important to show the public the crimes committed against the nation (espionage, pay to play, Child trafficking etc. etc.)
If Trump said he would drain the swamp, the public needs full disclosure. Otherwise, the pestilence will return with a vengeance.
Except we need somehow to reestablish in people’s consciousness the rule of law so that both parties abide by it not just one!
Too much for a single person. This thing has tentacles and the tentacles have tentacles. We need a huge team. One team just to prioritize which people get prosecuted first.
Trump would insert himself into the process for no good reason and Special Prosecutors have been disastrous wild cards in the past because Special Prosecutors are also independent prosecutors and nobody in government can be trusted to be independent and unaccountable for a wide range of reasons.
They have also been targets for politicization, intimidation and bribes.
All Trump needs to do is to instruct the DOJ, Dept of State and IRS to stop obstructing justice , covering up and stonewalling and cooperate 100% with the many FBI, IRS and Congressional investigations of the clintons and the Clinton Foundation.
He should also make sure the FBI investigating team is purged of all Clinton ringers obstructing the investigation from within the FBI, including Comey if necessary
Let the Congressional Oversight make any new FBI referrals
Remember, the duty of the Congressional Oversight Committees is not to prosecute - it is provide accountability so any pardons will actually simplify and expedite their investigations.
This would be an interesting course of action. I'd love to hear what Freeper lawyers out there think about it. Here are a few questions that come to mind:
1. Would a foreign government or foreign company have any legal standing to file a lawsuit under these circumstances?
2. Would U.S. donors run the risk of criminal prosecution if they spill the beans and admit that their donations were part of a pay-to-play scheme?
Old socialists never die. They just fade away. And like the old socialist of bygone days, Hillary now closes her power-grasping career and just fades away, an old socialist who tried to grab power as opportunity gave her the light to see that power.
