Black Chicagoans Ignore Dem Leaders, Pull Epic Conservative Move

Black women in Chicago are coming to the realization that the best defense is a good offense.
Despite Democrat leadership in the crime-ridden city imploring citizens to let law enforcement handle the exploding crime, residents — primarily black women — are thinking for themselves and buying guns for self defense.
The Chicago Tribune reported that nearly 1,400 black women in Illinois have received concealed carry permits in 2017. That number has gone up since last year and is almost twice the 800 who did so in 2014. More than 4,000 black women currently have a concealed carry permit in Cook County alone, where Chicago is located.
Chicago’s violent crime totals are some of the highest in the nation, while the city’s gun control laws are some of the strictest in the country. The city’s gun control laws seem to have left many law-abiding residents in the city feeling helpless, and now they are starting to do something about it.

Black women, particularly those from neighborhoods where crime has risen recently, told the Tribune that they were concerned for their safety, so they bought a gun and got a concealed carry license.
The problem is that so many of the shootings in Chicago are drive by shootings, or people getting hit by stray bullets.
Clarification? Can people actually legally carry a gun in Chicago, or only in the home? (Asking)
Apparently you are unaware that Illinois CCW has been in effect for years.

Safety concerns spur more black women in Chicago to receive concealed-carry gun permits
In February, the Chicago Tribune reported that gangs in the two neighborhoods were increasingly using rifles styled after AR-15s and AK-47s. At the time, there had been more than 30 shootings believed to have been tied to semi-automatic rifles in the two neighborhoods over the last year.
There were 6 black men and 7 black women.
Apparently they were taking our county Sheriff Grady Judd's advice.
"If you feel able to do so, get a concealed carry permit, get a gun, carry it with you always. And if you have to shoot someone, shoot them a lot."
Note: This is in Polk county Florida, equidistant between Orlando and Tampa.
A ‘shall issue’ state.
Illinois is now a “shall issue,” not a “may issue” state. This means that the Department must issue a license to an applicant who meets the requirements. The issuing entity in a “may issue” state has wider discretion to decide whether to issue a license to an applicant. Within 90 days of receiving a completed application, proper documentation, and fee, the Department “shall issue” a license to any applicant who meets the statutory qualifications.5
Go for it ladies, your black lives are worth more than the black trash and Chicago political system that threaten your families.
I’m thinking that a lot of macho Black guys who think it’s all right to beat up women are going to be reporting to hospital emergency rooms with testicular gunshot wounds.

Black Women Buying Guns to Carry for Self-Defense
On July 20, Breitbart News reported Crime Prevention Research Center (CPRC) findings that concealed carry is surging and that is being led by women and blacks.
CPRC found “eight states had data from 2012 to 2016 and they saw a 326% faster increase in permits among women than among men.” During the same time period—2012 to 2016—race data available from five states shows “the number of black people with permits increased 30% faster than the number of whites with permits.”
This is good news for Marchelle Tigner, who said her goal is to teach one million women how to shoot/use guns for self-defense.

But i think they still have some bs restrictions on magazine capacity...12, and “assault weapons”. May only apply to long guns. The politicians and cops generally dont even know what the laws are.
“Under the Illinois Concealed Carry Law, there are no restrictions on the size of the magazine or number of rounds of ammunition that may be carried in a concealed manner by an approved concealed carry license holder.”

Well, black lives (and all lives) do matter, and these women are starting to protect black lives. I’m in favor of that.
They know, but few of them will say, that black lives are threatened by other blacks much more than by whites or the police.
You know you have destroyed a society when women, in large numbers, feel the need to buy guns for self-defense.
I think that the women of Israel would not say that their society is destroyed.
