Protesters can often be heard chanting, “Stay together, stay tight! We do this every night” in the streets of downtown Portland. The second half of the slogan is especially fitting as the riots continued for the 41st consecutive night Wednesday in downtown Portland.
Terry Schrunk Plaza was the scene of a loose gathering of about 100 people Terry Schrunk Plaza on Wednesday evening. A group of federal police officers ran through the area at about 9:30 p.m. and some protesters claimed the officers used pepper spray. Others said the officers were responding to someone using a laser. The scene quickly cleared. It’s unclear at this time whether any arrests were made.
There was a moment where a gun owner probably saved his life by pulling out his gun while the police stayed away!

The Portland PD did nothing while these rioters were attacking the vehicle! Riots were declared four nights last week. Dozens of people have been arrested by Portland police and at least seven people now face federal charges.
During a press conference Wednesday, Deputy Chief Chris Davis was asked about the criteria for declaring a riot. Legally, a riot occurs when there are “six or more persons engaging in tumultuous and violent conduct and thereby intentionally or recklessly creating a grave risk of causing public alarm, excluding persons who are engaged in passive resistance,” Davis said. In application, though, the bureau doesn’t normally declare a riot until conduct goes far beyond what’s described in Oregon law, he added.
“Sustained barrage of hazardous things thrown, fires, that kind of behavior,” Davis said. “We’re really looking more at it in terms of life safety risks.”
The police will do nothing but for a people that are proud supporters of the second amendment there is always an option, sometimes just shooting in the air can teach the rioters a lesson, next time he could shot them instead shooting in the air!
So, will the gun owner be arrested?

I watched but when I went back to the site it has an agressive ad block notice that won’t let me in.
It’s ESSENTIAL now to be prepared to defend yourself!
They’ll have to find the actual bullets. Otherwise he was just shooting blanks. ;)
I’ve carried in my car for a while now. But I no longer have a need to drive in Louisville (until the virus crap is done). Never needed it, though it was sometimes nice to know it was there.
Anyone driving through there is asking for trouble.
Anyone living there is asking for trouble. We left the “city” behind 11 years ago in anticipation of this. There’s no need to live in daily danger from thugs.
Two things all cars now should have:
1. A gun.
2. A dash cam. Preferably front and rear.
Yeap, one of the reasons why the liberals wanted to get rid of the Second Amendment before all this started!

The inaction of politicians and police is shameful. This inaction has served to embolden mobs and increase lawlessness and violence. All across the US. Where are our leaders and police? They need to stop this or we will.
Like the South Chicago gang killings, the media stay away, and most people do not hear about it...

Our "leaders" are the ones actively encouraging, aiding, and abetting the lawlessness. The police are understandably unwilling to risk their lives or their careers and reputations to stop it, knowing that their "leaders" will not back them up.
We're on our own. The rule of law is terminally ill, if not already dead.
Their inaction should tell each and every thinking person in the United States that we're all on our own to provide for our own security and defense.
Respond accordingly.
