Gina Carano has become the latest celebrity to face the wrath of internet activists after The Mandalorian star shared a famous historical photo of a lone German citizen refusing to give the Nazi salute.
Carano came under fire after sharing the famous photo that many believe is German laborer August Landmesser refusing to give the Nazi salute to Adolf Hitler during a 1936 rally celebrating the launch of the Horst Wessel, a German sail training ship.

I don’t watch her show, but I understand she is both beautiful and physically intimidating.
I know this from a good pilot friend who flew her and he said she made him “scareroused”, which I thought was the funniest English word I’ve ever heard.

Well, she published a picture of a German man who married a Jewish woman and who subsequently took a public stand against the Nazis and their racist policies.
So, in the eyes of the Left, she is a dangerous rightwing extremist. Or something.
On the basis people are morons.
But just guessing, I suspect she compared people who didn’t salute Hitler to people who refuse to kneel before BLM.

Shortly after sharing the image, ironically failing to recognize the historical context behind the photo, activists on Twitter began to criticize the actress with some demanding that she state ACAB or “All Cops Are Bastards.”
There is irony here, but I don’t think it’s because “activists” failed to recognize the context. I think it is because the DO recognize the context, as if looking into a mirror. But they don’t see the lone resistor, they accurately see themselves as the ones giving the salute, and they don’t like it.
“Racist” is beginning to sound like a badge of honor.
