Does the WH believe that all terrorists are equal, it's just some terrorists are more equal or rather worse than others?
If the Obama administration is willing to use third parties (such as Qatar) to procure the release of individuals such as Bergdahl, and in the process, undesirables such as the 5 GITMO detainees are released, then the issue isn't the use of third parties, the issue(s) rather are which terrorists will the WH consider for release/swapping?
If the WH says that they won't ever swap Al Qaeda for U.S. soldiers because AQ are terrorists (and they are terrorists -- and the WH should never swap and/or release them), then why release any who deem themselves to be part of the Taliban, if the WH considers the Taliban to also be terrorists?
The only possible answers are that A.) the WH doesn't consider the Taliban to be terrorists, which means that perhaps some explanations about comments concerning the Taliban or Karzai over the past 5 years will need to be forthcoming, or B.) the WH does consider the Taliban to be terrorists, which would necessarily mean that evidently some distinction is being made by the WH concerning the Taliban and Al Qaeda - such as the idea that the Al Qaeda are really, really bad terrorists, and the Taliban (terrorists though they may be) are, well not so much... and the WH will now take a morally and ethically relativistic standpoint concerning whom they will consider making swaps for.
What say you?

An even broader issue is that with each demonstration that Obama can do whatever he wants without consequences - guns to Mexican narco terrorists, EPA rules, IRS targeting, arming Al Queda, etc. - Obama moves closer to becoming a dictator with a facade of a democracy, like Hugo Chavez was. The day may come when Obama simply declares Congress in recess, since he already assumed that power with his definition of recess appointments, and rules without even the pretense of democracy - who is going to stop him

I believe that the Bergdahl affair is the circumstantial evidence of a deal between Morsi and 0b0z0 involving releasing the blind sheikh that was about to be pulled off in Libya on 09/11/2012, if things went as planned.
I think Obama swapped those five to make room at Guantanamo for the terrorists he really fears, Dinesh D’Souza, the Koch brothers, James O’keefe and Joe the Plumber.

I am thinking of a truly wonderful young man I know, a former student, who recently graduated as an Army Ranger. This guy is a strong leader, popular, extremely fit and an excellent marksman. he is also a strong believer in Jesus Christ. He is somewhere right now (he can’t reveal where) in harms way.
