Antifa denied rumors that it will protest in Gettysburg on Saturday, according to a Thursday email from Central PA Antifa.
The political activist group called rumors that their members would be appearing in Gettysburg on the anniversary of the first day of the Battle of Gettysburg to protest President Donald Trump and Confederate monuments "a complete fabrication," the email stated.
"No antifa groups have planned a rally there that day," the email said.

I don’t know who’s playing whom, here. This has happened before, in Texas with the Sam Houston monument. If somebody’s getting wind that Antifa actually plans to do this and then ginning up massive presence that ends up deterring them, good. If Antifa is starting rumors trying to make patriotic Americans look stupid, well, in my perception they’re not succeeding but I don’t like it. So, which is it?

I truly think this would have been met with violence.
You pull out a bayonet, on the end of a rifle, and the antifa cry-bully sissies will literally wet their pampers, and run into the open arms of the socialist-democrats begging to make all of the bad people go away.

Pretty sure the alt right are trolling the Antifa by claiming they are going to piss all over beloved national figure monuments. So, I think it’s a good thing. Like, if they go after Sam Houston, who was not a confederate but did own slaves (I think), then they’d have to go after the name of the city, which would be interesting.
