Schneiderman let Clinton Foundation skip identifying foreign donors(FLAHBACK!!)

State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman gave the Clinton Foundation a pass on identifying foreign donors in its charitable filings — making it impossible to know if it got any special favors while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state, according to a report Tuesday.

Scripps News found that the foundation and its subsidiary, the Clinton Health Access Initiative, took in $225 million in government donations between 2010 and 2014.

New York’s charity law clearly states: “Organizations that received a contribution or grant from a government agency during the reporting period shall include the name of each agency

Schneiderman’s filing 100 lawsuits against Trump should be rigorously scrutinized.

It is entirely possible this guy used the machinery of govt for nefarious purposes.

Schneiderman might have violated several federal laws including but not limited to:

Title 18, United States Code, Section 1001 makes it a crime to: 1) knowingly and willfully; 2) make any materially false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or representation; 3) in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative or judicial branch of the United States.

Schneiderman needs to be scrutinized for aiding and abetting the blatant removal of public govt records that cravenly exposed the Clinton Foundation’s collusion with the State Dept.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton struck a deal with the State Department while serving in the Obama administration that allowed her to take ownership of records she did not want made public, according to recently released reports. Clinton and her then-deputy chief of staff Huma Abedin were permitted to remove electronic and physical records under a claim they were “personal” materials and “unclassified, non-record materials.”

Judicial Watch made the revelation after filing a FOIA request with the State Department and obtaining a record of the agreement. The newly released documents show the deal allowed Clinton and Abedin to remove documents related to particular calls and schedules, and the records would not be “released to the general public under FOIA.”The released records included a list of designated materials that “would not be released to the general public under FOIA” and were to be released “to the Secretary with this understanding.”

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton released a statement condemning the agreement between the government and Clinton. “We already know the Obama State Department let Hillary Clinton steal and then delete her government emails, which included classified information. But these new records show that was only part of the scandal,” Fitton said. “These new documents show the Obama State Department had a deal with Hillary Clinton to hide her calls logs and schedules, which would be contrary to FOIA and other laws.”

The mega-funded Clinton Health Initiative (Chai) received up to $10 million from Cameroon Baptist Convention's health board .... an obscure church that says homosexuality is on a par with incest and bestiality. These views of the Cameroon Baptist church are shared by some US denominations but seem directly at odds with those of the Clintons and other donors.

Hillary launched her presidential campaign with a video featuring a same-sex couple about to get married. Other Clinton donors include Elton John's AIDS foundation - Sir Elton recently married his male partner.

Wall Street financial analyst and investor Charles Ortel believes he can demonstrate material irregularities in the state registrations and federal filings of what today is known as the Clinton Health Access Initiative Inc., or CHAI.....a mega-funded "charity."

“These irregularities are of sufficient magnitude that if any of the 50 state attorneys general should present the evidence to a federal district judge, I believe an injunction would be ordered, shutting down the Clinton Foundation and placing the organization in receivership,” he said.

BACKSTORY Ira C. Magaziner, who was a Rhodes scholar with Mr. Clinton and ran Mrs. Clinton’s failed attempt at a health care overhaul in the 1990s, runs the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Magaziner's salary is $400,000 annual....plus the many perks that go along w/ a "charity" that budgets $100 million per year.

CHAI received hundreds of millions from foreign nations between 2009 and 2014, including: the UK ($79.7 million), Australia ($58.6 million), Norway ($38.1 million), Canada ($12.1 million), Ireland ($11.7 million), Sweden ($7.2 million), and New Zealand ($1.2 million).

A Boston Globe investigative report found that foreign donations “sharply accelerated” to CHAI when Hillary Clinton became secretary of state. “Government grants, nearly all from foreign countries, doubled to $55.9 million in 2013 from $26.7 million in 2010, according to the records,” the report said.

The CHAI health initiative broke off into a nonprofit separate from the Clinton Foundation in 2010, though it is still chaired by Bill and Chelsea Clinton. The charities have remained intertwined. CHAI received a $2 million cash grant from the Clinton Foundation for “Haiti relief,” according to the group’s 2013 tax filing. It received a $4 million cash grant from the foundation for “program service” in 2012.

Magaziner formerly ran the foundation’s Clinton Climate Initiative while also running CHAI, though he ceded control over the environmental group late last year. He was paid $415,000 in salary and consulting fees from the Clinton Foundation in 2013, according to Politico. Bruce Lindsey, Bill Clinton’s longtime lawyer and chairman of the board of the Clinton Foundation, was the highest paid official at CHAI, paid $398,159 in salary and benefits in 2013 as a board member.

Reporting by Reuters has already forced the Clinton Foundation to admit that at a minimum its IRS filings from 2010 through 2012 and those of its Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) from 2012 and 2013 are works of fiction.

According to Reuters, “[f]or three years in a row beginning in 2010, the Clinton Foundation reported to the IRS that it received zero in funds from foreign and U.S. governments, a dramatic fall-off from the tens of millions of dollars in foreign government contributions reported in preceding years.”
