Thanks for that post. This Odessa shooter reportedly spent most all of his life in Amarillo. Lubbock is between Amarillo and Midland-Odessa, just under half way. His Odessa residency is relatively recent- around three years, by one report. Probably will find another example of an expunged record, applied to minors, during school years.
