Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.
Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.
One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.
A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.
At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.
The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.
The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

Well for one, the daughter went to school where the missionaries taught that were executed....The ones we were told over two years ago had first hand knowledge and could have testified as to BOs birth.
They no doubt now have a connection with the DR that is named on the BC that IS presented.

If you would permit me to clarify Dr Ang’awa in relationship to Barry Soetoro aka Barak Obama.
The good doctor was the attending physician, ie. he delivered Barak Obama in 1961. Some say that he was not even IN Mombasa, Kenya in 1961. Yet, the birth certificate that was supplied by Inspector Smith contained this information:

Much has been debated, speculated, conjectured, but I have not read anything compelling that proves it wrong. The point made is that Dr.Ang’awa lived next door to Barak Obama Sr in 1961, indicates that he was indeed in Mombasa in 1961, and likely knew his next door neighbors. I presume that InspectorSmith can show that Stanley Ann Dunham was also present in 1961 with Barak Sr, and as such proved that Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii.
The fact that he was killed by an unknown assailant, is not important, unless you think that this conspiracy began at his birth, or at least in the 70’s, which I think is not his point, but ... I could be wrong. What say you Inspector Smith?

I’d say with 99.9999% certainty that the murder of the birth doctor James O. W. Ang’awa is NOT important and has no relevance other than being the reason that this January 30, 2010 news article was created in honoring his memory in Kenya.

Can you disprove any of it? I follow this and other issues quite closely, as in EVERY DAY, and I have seen NOTHING that disproves this document. He has submitted it to the courts, they have taken his sworn statement.
Why not let us all in on your little joke.
Its certainly not funny to me.
It’s very difficult to get the Courts to consider something like this. Then there’s the problem of figuring out just which is the proper venue for such a case and what type of litigation can even be pursued. I have tried to work with Orly Taitz in the past as well as other attorneys. I am currently composing new litigation which should be filed in the US District Court in the District of Columbia. It wont be a Quo Warranto though.
