I think the guy who forged the Kenyan BC was the one who said he 'discovered' the document it was forged from: Steve Ellis, who also goes by Koyaan. He had an ongoing battle with Polarik over who was the better Photoshop expert. His story about discovering the forgery was a little too convenient.

Just as the instances you previously brought up to “qualify” your fraud:
1 a belgian University having two admninistrators to prove your signing Chief Administrator was the “stealth” Chief Administrator alongside the official one
2 a sushi dish from New Zealand to prove you have indeed been in Mombasa on Feb 19th 2009
3 a zoominfo link that mentions Dr.Othigo as Deputy Chief Administrator in 2007, which she was indeed, just as she was Chief Administrator on your Feb 19th 2009.
So, since you insist with your rubbish here are the same questions for you again:
1 How come your document is signed by the Chief Administrator Helton Maganga since:
a) he wasn’t the Chief Administrator at the time
b) his real name is Heltan and not Heltan ?
2 Since you have admitted to never have met the Chief Administrator how is it that you are so sure about hime having signed your fraud ?
3 Where have your videos “to describe African surroundings” been shot ?
4 Have you any documentary proof about your trip to Kenya ?
Also Lucas, there is a tender action by CPGH on the net which undeniably proves the Chief Administrator can be one and one only

Heltan or Helton ?
All articles in The Nation, a Nairobi paper, call him Heltan. Heltan is also what you can read in the subtitles of the previous video.
Only The Standard has spelled him Helton and once even Heltun. Most recent Standard articles refer to Heltan.

Lucas, document forgery is a serious crime, even in Kenya, which is part of the Interpol. So quit re-posting your indirect subjective confirmations about authenticity (Obama Senior and Ang’awa possibly knew each other, and that makes your document authentic ?) Should you apply your investigative criteria to Obama’s colb you should declare it authentic.
