Yeah, cut the guy some slack. Even that whole thing about bags of flags in trash (very clean trash, apparently) should be dropped.
OTOH, I still don’t believe Dems actually love America. They can’t bring themselves to utter such words.

Kind of says it all.
Today’s Americans are not schooled in the proper respect of and treatment for the flag. This was not the case right after WWII. We were taught from the first day of school how to handle a flag and especially that it should never be allowed to touch the floor or ground. It was a big thing in our lives. Not so today. My granddaughter’s elementary school had a program last year where they sang a patriotic song about being an American. For the song each child waved a small American flag. Between that song and the next song they simply leaned down and placed the flags on the floor at their feet! I was really taken aback. I found the act to be very disrespectful. I know they meant no disrespect and am confident they would never do anything knowingly to show disrespect to the flag or America.
It’s just another example of how life has changed in America over the last 60 or so years. I have no doubt that in 60 years when these children attend attend program put on by their grandchildren and be appalled at something they do or say or sing that will raise few eyebrows in that day.
I am equally appalled when I see people wearing the flag as clothing. There was a time when that was against the code.
I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt on this... he my not even realize it’s on the ground.

That absolutely is disgusting. The contempt and lack of proper respect for our flag shown by Biden and the Dims as a whole has no ends. None of these pathetic excuses for people are fit to serve our nation in ANY capacity.
That contempt tells me that they hold our entire nation in the same light. THEY DO NOT DESERVE OUR RESPECT OR CONSIDERATION as long as they continue to disrespect the flag that countless Americans died to protect. They have no respect for the people either.

Sorry EE... I have to disagree. If you hold the Flag in so little regard as to not notice THAT... well, Biden should know better. He CLAIMS to support our nation and Flag. I don’t see it.
