REPEAL THE 22ND AMENDMENT Franklin Delano Roosevelt was elected President of the United States four times. FDR died early in his fourth term after serving three full, successful terms. It was his leadership that brought our great country out of Economic Crisis and War. Congress passed the 22nd Amendment on March 21, 1947 to limit future Presidents to two terms and took the choice out of the hands of the American People, where it belongs.
History has no way of determining what would have happened to the United States if Roosevelt had been limited to two terms and had been unable to lead us out of the Great Depression and through World War II. With our current crisis, the American People need to take back their right to elect the leader of their choice. The task is too large and the risk is too great - we must act now!

I have never referred to the occupant of our White House by any title higher than "former US Senator", but I'll change that if they repeal the 22nd amendment for that thug. At that point, he'll become "Prsident-for-Life obama", and I will give up on the United States of America.
Better worry about his znd term first - eventually onver the next 3 years the American people will see him and his spendaholic cronies for what they are - if not God help us all.

No, it wouldn’t. They won’t quite until the Constitution is gone and elections are Saddam Hussein style, i.e. only one party is allowed on the ballot and anyone who writes in another name will be arrested and imprisoned.

To be fair, this is coming from the very, very far left. I have to believe that most Democrats don’t want this and it has no chance of ever happening. Still, we must be vigilant.
