It is about freedom of speech, right? No... what part of "Congress shall make no law..." is so hard to understand by some? The Tea Parties are not governemnt sponsored events. Private property more applies in this case, just like how on this site the admins and owners can determine what type of "speech" fits the context of how they want this private site run.

Congress shall make no law....abridging the freedom of speech..
is a restriction that is applied to the Federal Government.
How does it apply here ?
