Obama sets record as most traveled president, costing taxpayers about $200k/hour

Obama sets record as most traveled president, costing taxpayers about $200k/hour. In addition to previous Obama milestones—such as losing the House with the biggest loss of seats in almost 70 years and presiding over an economy that has only increased its unemployment rate—you can now add another infamous record. This time, it has to do with Obama’s lack of being in the country enough as the sitting president. Specifically, it relates to Obama jetting around the globe on your taxpayer dime in a very immodest fashion that has already put him on top as the most traveled president in US history since Dwight Eisenhower—and he’s barely two years into his first term! So the next time you have trouble paying the bills or can’t find a job, just remember that your president is living it up on your taxpayer dollars.

It’s pretty obvious Obama doesn’t like to work too hard.

We need to encourage more travel.

At that rate it is cheaper to have him travel than what he has done while he is in the White house.

Hey, its only money! Unfortunately, your money. Anyone who criticizes this creep pretender is a racist.

And the cost cited here is ONLY for the cost of Air Force One to fly. Other associated costs such as manpower, other vehicle, and shopping for the high fashioned first lady would add much more.

Just take the damn keys away from that juvenile and his First Wookie. Insiders report that neither of them even like being in the White House - hence the large travel bill.

And one more thing -’we won’ and its wife started out disgracefully be leaving for a restaurant before President Bush and his lovely wife even left the White House in a helicopter to take them home. The mongrels didn’t even have enough class to wave them goodbye.

There was a website that published his daily agenda. I marveled at how much damage he was doing to the country in such little time spent at work. I think his day typically starts around 9 am and ends around 3 or 4...when he’s in the country, that is.

I do hope I don’t get the same feeling again in 2012 that I got on November third four terms ago. That would be the day if my math is correct, that billy bob clinton was reelected for another interminable four years.

If we don’t want to see Obama win in 2012, the powers that be better start now to thwart voter fraud/the dream act etc. or we will never see a conservative in the white house again.....

You forgot the separate plane for his dog.

I disagree. The enemies, both economic and social, that he makes when he goes abroad is just as bad. Also, what backdoor deals does he make with countries like Malaysia, Pakistan, etc. while he's there?

It’s pretty obvious Obama doesn’t like to work too hard.

He's lazy. And needs the frequent flights to keep his supply uninterrupted. Someone should get the sniffing dogs to check it out.

“It’s pretty obvious Obama doesn’t like to work too hard.”

Yet he still finds time to villify the ‘rich’ that work long days, take risks, make sacrifices, etc.

“”There was a website that published his daily agenda””

There still is - www.whitehouse.gov. You can see the entire schedule but interestingly enough even when you know he’s out of DC in other cities making speeches, the schedule will say NO PUBLIC EVENTS. When he’s in the WH, his schedule is pretty meek. Most of us start our days earlier and stay later than he does.

Ackkkk! your killing me, man! Killin' me! I remember the malaise/funk/pall. I saw it coming when Bob Dole was nominated. But I was in denial. Then it came. Oh the wo!

I would support flying Obama and his whole entourage to the South Pole and marooning them there until after the next election. That would include “Plugs” Biden, Hillary!, Pelosi, and Reid.

Imagine: stuck in a deep freezer for two years with this gaggle of goofballs? GAG!!!

I don't think you'd be bringing a lot of them back. The cold, isolation, boredom, and stress of living with so many prima donnas would unhinge even the strongest psyche.
