Every Republican who goes on this sort of show should look for opportunities to say something like: “David, you’re promoting Obama’s viewpoint on this issue. I understand that you like his agenda more than my agenda, but let’s look at the facts ...”
Excellent, but they never do that, for they want to be invited again.
Or, David; I understand you are paid to be a spokesman for the DNC but....
Happy New Year
Amen!!! If only every Republican would do that . . . demonstrate some real backbone when confronting these overtly biased partisan hacks.
When David was a white house reporter he always prefaced his questions with his opinion. I think GOP candidates should do the same thing to him.
In answer to you question David, I realize that you are irretrievable biased with a left wing agenda and have no interest in hearing any other view, but for the sake of your listeners who are interested in the truth, I would point out that most of our allies think Obama is an incompetent buffoon who has made America the laughing stock of the entire world.
For the life of me I never understood why nobody, and I mean nobody on the Pub side has ever done that. It would be an immediate hit with the base and, would also serve notICe to the questioner that they will be exposed when taking sides with their questions. Newt has come close recently but he seems to have backed off.

Newt does that all the time.
But hey, maybe the “true conservative” will pull it off one time so we dont have to spend the post crappy interview performance wishing that he said A, B, and C.
Bingo. There needs to be coordinated strategy on the R side when they go on these shows. A strategy designed around treating the interviewers as a "hostile" witness, or a member of the opposition team. It should be standard practice for the conservative candidate to get this type of briefing/training before they go on these shows.
Yes! That is exactly what all Pubbies should say!
