You may have hit on the issue with call center work. The unbelievably spoiled and entitled are sitting there having to deal over the phone with the unbelievably spoiled and entitled.

This isn't just low end call center work selling household goods, computer advice, etc.

Most or all of the workers operating phones will have to have or get property and casualty insurance licenses for a number of states.

Sure, they will be working for the miserable lizard, but an effective agent should be able to make some pretty good money.
