If Kerry is all about truth and patriotism he’ll release those records and, while he’s at it, explain to us why President Carter was involved in official discharge procedures years after Kerry had left the service. At the same time Carter gave amnesty to a great number of draft dodgers and misfits.
Let’s see the records, Kerry. Until then I’ll continue to believe that your character is severely flawed. That Kerry is now our secretary of state is an American tragedy.

IF I remember correctly, ‘glaring errors’ in regards to Kerry’s Silver Star Award.
One had John Lehman as the signer, which there is nothing wrong with as sometimes it takes time etc.
My VSM took 40 some years as it never got awarded until after many ‘complaints’ and reviews.
The Navy adjusted my DD214 by issuing a DD215 which included awards I had not been credited with on my DD214.
When Kerry’s SS surfaced, it was at least 8 years after the fact (the actual award) and when ‘they’ released the records, it was shown on his DD214 and read
Silver Star with V for Valor....
the With V for Valor does NOT go with a Silver Star, it was a ‘rider’ for the Bronze Star.
I kind of thought at the time the DD214 was either doctored or some YN had put it in as a ‘joke’???? as, at least in the Enlisted Community, revisions to the DD214 are placed on a DD215.

Re: Tapper “pressing for answers”...yeah, sort of...but he only follows up in areas where the POTUS can’t be openly embarrassed, as Obama can dance his way through most issues.
There’s no real press in DC anymore...only Obama’s palace guard...Tapper’s just enough of a maverick to get a program of his own on CNN...who’s trying to pose as a neutral network when it comes to covering the POTUS...in fact it’s all pretense.

Did you read the article? Of course not. Otherwise you would have noticed that he isn’t even mentioned in the article.
Why are you so sensitive? I mentioned it. This story just reminds me of how little Rove had to do with Bush's victory.
