Sorry, Obama_Is_Sabotaging_America, but I believe I have a better idea:

1.) Nuke Medina.

2.) Demand unconditional surrenders from all Islamic terrorist states within 48 hours. Failure to surrender and endorse new constitutions similar to those we handed Germany and Japan in 1945 will result in the loss of Mecca.

3.) Nuke Mecca if needed.
