This dude? Or some dude with the same name? Or similar name? This dude was cleared by the investigators.
I honestly don't know. But if the feds thought this guy was dirty, he'd be locked-up. (Unless the conspiracy theories are somehow true.)

Glenn Beck has the before and after snapshots of his terrorist files. DHS tried to whitewash it. The record control process fouled up the whitewash. Beck has a whistleblower feeding him the whole enchilada.
