ELFORSK AB, the Swedish energy R&D organization established by utilities and manufacturers in the country has issued a statement on its website commenting on the 3rd party Report which it funded, along with the Alba Langenskiöld Foundation.

Well this isn’t Rossi saying anything about his technology. It’s a major industrial organization commenting on a scientific test.

OK, I’ll go with someone taking a look-see, but let us know what they discover. So far, every one of these reviews ends with either the interested party not getting to actually review Rossi’s device and verify his claims, because Rossi pulls out before they get their hands on it, or the review is pure garbage as the reviewer was in on the scam. I don’t know this company but if it is a direct industry organization then it should have credibility.
Rossi likes the press he gets from these types of announcements, knowing that the reader probably won’t follow up later to see what was discovered. A scam artist employs his type of technique, liberals do the same thing. With Obama, we see weekly low unemployment numbers, then the numbers are later “revised” significantly upward, but, Obama got that initial press release about the low number and that’s all people remember.
Same with Rossi: Initial interesting press release only to be follow by no follow-through.
This crap again. Let’s see a public demonstration, run by independent scientist, of this thing producing enough power to support a city square mile with electric. Just another EU third world country announcing nonsense to shill some money from the enviro dupes.
What lies behind the extraordinary heat production can not be explained today. There has been speculation over whether there can be any form of nuclear transformation. However, this is highly questionable.Rossi does have considerable skills as a con artist (He's been working at it most of his life.). He has gotten legitimate organizations and corruptible scientists to associate with his scam.

Some of those "scientists" you know nothing about. A couple of them have previous associations with Rossi and the Ecat. It's not a trustworthy group of people.

He published some strong remarks, years ago. I expect you can find them easily with Google. He was the president of the Swedish Skeptics Society, so it is no surprise he had it in for Rossi, and for cold fusion in general.
I find it almost miraculous that anyone connected with a “Skeptics Society” can bring himself to say anything positive about cold fusion. Essen is not your typical capital-S Skeptic.
