Based on our audit, your position will be reclassified as Part-Time. . . . As a Part-Time employee your regular schedule will not exceed 29.5 hours per week. Own it DUmmies. And if Øbongo changes the rules (as he has shown a willingness to do) your hours will be cut even more. Enjoy your Øbamacare - I hope you choke on it!

They blame Republicans and the private sector for ObamaCare, everyone BUT Obama and the Democrats is to blame for something that passed without Republican votes and there were rallies against all over the country.

So under ACA, the incentive exists to cut as many workers as you can to below the statutory level for ACA employer mandate - 30 hours. How dare their G*d Obama and Pelosi lie to them!

And for those of us who do happen to have insurance, the price is going up enough that employers are considering discontinuing insurance, or as in my case, my ‘raise’ this year was continuing of insurance.

My favorite: I'm not sure how many more places I can boycott.
Boycott fatigue is inevitable. Tiring them out will keep them out of our hair.

“Which is exactly how Canada got single-payer.”
Not so.
BTW, there is one positive thing about Canada’s health care system (or at least something that’s less bad than the AFC) — it’s administered by each province and territory, rather than directly by the federal government. There is some scope for each province to do things differently.

[But, but, we had to pass it in order to find out what's in it!] No, you have to pass to grant waivers to it.

It is going to take a massive worker strike, at every level to wake this country up. . . .
Wouldn't we need to get rid of massive unemployment in order to have a massive worker strike?

So the DUmmies want to hurt the store even more by boycotting? That will lead to more hour reductions and layoffs. So they’ll be hurting the employees even more.

I saw a pro-Obamacare commercial on TV about 3 hours ago.
A soothing and rather effeminate male voice that sounded like HAL from that old movie “2001 A Space Odyssey”.
The basic message was: “If you have a pre-existing condition, then Obamacare is for you. Call this number to find out how you can be treated for free.”

We had our shot and we got the ACA. But it's awesome because (D) passed it! "[I detect a note of sarcasm.]"
I don't think it was sarcasm at all. I'll just bet the one who wrote that absolutely believes that any politician with a "D" behind his name pretty much walks on water.

Let’s see, boycott them, protest and make sure you put them out of Business and the Employees you are standing up for will get their Hours cut to ZERO instead of 29.
