Obamacare: Even CNN Admits That Illegal Immigrants Are Exempted From "Failure to Submit" Penalties

Like the car salesman in National Lampoon’s Vacation (played by Eugene Levy) said: “You think you hate it now, but wait ’til you drive it!” The same applies to the Affordable Healthcare Act (aka, Obamacare).

levycar

Why will you hate Obamacare once you drive it?

1. Forced forced home inspections by gov’t agents: Under Obamacare, government agents can engage in “home health visits” for those in certain “high-risk” categories. Those categories include:

• Families where mom is not yet 21; • Families where someone is a tobacco user; • Families where children have low student achievement, developmental delays, or disabilities, and • Families with individuals who are serving or formerly served in the armed forces, including such families that have members of the armed forces who have had multiple deployments outside the United States.

2. Government will use “honor system” for Obamacare subsidies. In order to get as many young people addicted to Obamacare, despite its outrageous cost, the government will use the honor system to qualify.

Ordinarily, young males wouldn’t touch Obamacare with a ten foot pole … unless they are bribed by government subsidies into taking it.

3. Obamacare raises the cost of healthcare premiums while lowering benefits. When government takes control of healthcare, rationing is inevitable. Companies are starting to cut benefits to avoid Obamacare taxes.

4. Obamacare did not lower healthcare premiums as promised. In fact, healthcare premiums are skyrocketing. And you probably won’t get to keep you doctor either. But to be fair to President Obama, if he told you what was really going to happen, he wouldn’t have gotten reelected.

5. Obamacare is so complex (and contrived) that it is difficult to put into place. See the American Action Forum for this chart of what remains to be done to destroy what was once the greatest healthcare system in the world.

6. Obamacare penalties for failure to purchase Obamacare are steep. And many people are exempted. Among those exempted include: undocumented immigrants and Native Americans. The uninsured can also file for hardship exemptions.

The list goes on and on. Suffice it to say that Obamacare is a disaster and gives the government and the IRS unprecedented powers to reduce your property rights and liberties. Not to mention your healthcare.

The American Action Forum has an excellent discussion page for Obamacare. Please read it.

Instead of the platinum insurance program, let’s be honest and just call it the “Metallic Pea” program.

Again, as Eugene Levy said in Vacation, “You think you hate it now, but wait ’til you drive it!”

Here is a video of how Obama, Pelosi and Reid sneaked Obamacare through Congress without anyone actually reading it.

If the government (i.e. Obama) destroys healthcare (as well as the economy), why would people rush to them, pleading for help? Does the average American suffer from Stockholm Syndrome?

I would suspect that those who work for the Obama Administration would become instant targets if the economy collapses. (And the economy will collapse).

Not that I doubt what you say, but I didn’t see a link to the CNN admission.

In that instance I say....bring it on. Time to deep-six the Unconstitutional programs, that never should have started, and let those on the teet feel the hurt.

What irks me currently is the ‘lack of standing’ (do not the waivers/etc. give ‘standing’??) B.S. to challenge this load of horse sh!t (again). If it’s a tax, it must be apportioned, no?

Onono is frantic b/c he thought this and img/reform would carry 2014 midterms for Dems. He whines: “A lot of Republicans seem to believe that if they can gum up the works and make this law fail, they’ll somehow be sticking it to me."

FACT Obamacare is already failed law.

8/16/13 Obama Presidency A Lengthening Legacy Of Lawlessness
Investors.com ^ | August 16, 2013 | Editorial / FR Posted by jazusamo

Obama's approval numbers are now hitting record lows, yet his critics are often written off as simple- minded "Obama haters." It doesn't wash. The problem is a pattern of presidential lawlessness.

Last time we checked, the Constitution requires the president to "faithfully execute the law." That's no editorial opinion, but Article 2, Section 3, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution, which states that "(The President) shall take care that the Laws be faithfully executed."

Our founders conceived and established in that document three co-equal branches of government to preserve our individual liberty and restrain the unlimited power of government.

But this president and his administration have routinely ignored the divisions of power between the presidency, the Congress and its legislation, and the Supreme Court and its rulings. Constitutionally, the president has the authority to check the legislative branch by recommending legislation to be passed by Congress or through the presidential veto.

But he cannot legislate through executive fiat and he can't pick and choose which parts of the law he will comply with or decline. Nor can he defy judicial rulings from the highest court in the land. But that's what he's done. In just the latest example, President Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder has directed federal prosecutors to conceal the amount of drugs seized during an arrest to circumvent mandatory minimum sentences set by Congress in 1986.

Whether one agrees with that law or not, its legal authority lies within the constitutional powers of Congress, not the executive branch. And that's the issue. It's part of a growing litany of presidential lawlessness:

• Aug. 14, 2013: The Obama administration delayed the provision in ObamaCare to cap out-of-pocket health care costs, picking and choosing parts of the law to enforce, which is to exceed its authority. (Excerpt) Read more at news.investors.com ...

OKLAHOMA WINS FIRST OCARE BATTLE: AG Pruitt--- "Obamacare was meant to be so open-ended that it could mean anything. We are seeing thousands of pages of new rules being written, both by HHS and the IRS. The open-ended interpretation of Obamacare enables this.....if the law doesn't contain a particular provision, no problem. They just make it up as they go along."

Such is the case that involves the OK lawsuit.

“The court rejected the federal government’s argument that Oklahoma lacked standing to challenge the law, allowing us to proceed with this pivotal case,” “We’re optimistic the court will recognize what states have known for months that the IRS disregarded the law by making the large employer mandate effective in Oklahoma or in any of the 33 other states without a state health care exchange.”

REFERENCE Oklahoma challenged implementation of the Affordable Care Act after the IRS finalized a rule that would allow the federal government to punish “large employers,” including local government, with millions of dollars in tax penalties in states without state health care exchanges, which is not allowed under the health care law.

“Congress provided a choice for Oklahoma and other states in implementation of the health care law, and the IRS is attempting to take that away by rule,” General Pruitt said. “The administration miscalculated how many states would support this law, so now they’re using the IRS to push through provisions that Congress did not pass.”

============================================

ACTION NOW We need to get the OK lawsuit going in every state. Contact the PTB in your state.

Judging from the legal language AG Pruitt used, I would also conclude that Obamacare might be ripe for a RICO action.

NOTE: anybody can file a RICO. How-to sites are all over the web.

The purpose of this bill is to move massive amounts of money from those who earn it by the sweat of their brow to those parasites, bloodsuckers and slackers who earn their living by voting democrat.

In other words take money from the people who founded this country and built it up, and their descendents, and give it to people who are tearing it down.
