A Class Action Lawsuit is the ONLY way to go as our sorry ‘Welfare Republicans’ in Congress will do nothing to protect us from our VERY sorry Federal Government.

I must say that I do not know a lot about Klayman but I do remember his suing Clinton. I gave a few bucks, nothing substantial.
He did have some success in that suit, right?

I agree. It is something we can do that at the very least would take time away from 0bama’s path of destruction and it beats just sitting around complaining...
I don’t see any downside.
What sort of totally incompetent ignoramus failed to note that, with very little research, involving effort not characterized as intellectually challenging, it is possible to understand the concept of standing.
Individuals, including groups of individuals, do not now, nor have ever had the ability Constitutionally to challenge any branch of government.
Period.
