Before we had a tactical team and tasers, etc. In the early 70s in the Cal Youth Authority in Chino (wards 18-25 yo). We had the bean bag shot gun. Good stuff but had to be accurate or have two on site.
I remember we backed guys into the wall with trash cans and push brooms.
