Who Said? "If everyone is on record denying it, you've got no problem."

Linda R. Tripp laid out her story in a series of 23 interviews with the FBI between February and June. The excerpts show how Tripp became involved with Monica S. Lewinsky and the two began to share confidences about the White House and Lewinsky's relationship with President Clinton.

Oct 3, 1998:..........Q: Did Kathleen Willey relate to you anything she told the President along the lines of "What if anybody interrupts us?"

A: That was one of the main questions she said to him. She said, "What if Hillary comes in? What if someone sees?" And she repeated the Hillary question because of the back door that leads to the presidential dining room that goes into George or whoever sits in there not, the other back office, she was afraid – because she could not see the other doors. And he said, "I have that covered. Don't worry."

And she said, "Well, what if someone sees?" And that's when I first heard the words, "Deny, deny, deny."

Q: And how did she explain those to you?

A: That way, that he said, "Don't worry. I have that covered." And she repeated the questions and she told me at the time that he said, "Just deny, deny, deny."

........"LEWINSKY also voiced her belief that TRIPP was in danger of losing her job if she testified truthfully against the interest of President CLINTON.

LEWINSKY told TRIPP that President CLINTON, in discussing LEWINSKY's testimony in the PAULA JONES case, told LEWINSKY to deny, deny, deny.

LEWINSKY said if two people in the same room both deny something occurred in the room, the presence of circumstantial evidence is not enough to prove the event happened." ......Washington Post

Jan 1992: ......CLINTON. Well, that's what I mean. You know, if all the people who are named....deny it...That's all, I mean, I expect them to come look into it and interview you and everything, uh, but I just think that if everybody's on record denying it you've got no problem.

FLOWERS. Well, I don't think...I don't think it...I don't....Well, why would they waste their money and time coming down here unless someone showed 'em some interest? See, they weren't here tonight and they're not going to be there.

CLINTON. No, no. See, that's it. I mean, they're gonna run this Larry Nichols thing down, they're gonna try to goad people up, you know, but if everybody kinda hangs tough, they're just not going to do anything. They can't."...... TRANSCRIPT: Bill Clinton and Gennifer Flowers - Audio Tapes

It’s impossible for the MSM to roll over and yawn and say Obama’s lie is “just about sex.” [Which they said about Bill Clinton even though he LIED under oath and that’s why he lost his law license.]

Now...... Do you think the MSM will dig a bit more on the LIES that Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State and Barack Obama, President of the United States told to cover up Benghazi and the murder of 4 Americans?

No, they won’t dig. On this or Benghazi. They were a long time ago, and besides, at this point what difference does it make?

If it weren’t for the effectiveness of lies and the gullibility of the masses there would be no democrat party.

"......New Left progressives like Hillary Clinton and Acting Deputy Attorney General Bill Lann Lee were involved in supporting, or promoting, or protecting or making excuses for violent anti-American radicals abroad like the Vietcong and criminal radicals at home like the Black Panthers. We did this then -- just as progressives still do now -- in the name of “social justice” and a dialectical world-view that made this deception seem ethical and the fantasy seem possible.

As Jamie Glazov, a student of the left, has observed in an article about the middle-class defenders of recently captured Seventies terrorist Kathy Soliah: “if you can successfully camouflage your own pathology and hatred with a concern for the ‘poor’ and the ‘downtrodden,’ then there will always be a ‘progressive’ milieu to support and defend you.” Huey Newton, George Jackson, Angela Davis, Bernardine Dorhn, Sylvia Baraldini, Rubin “Hurricane” Carter, Mumia Abu Jamal, H. Rap Brown, Rigoberta Menchu and innumerable others have all discovered this principle in the course of their criminal careers............The first truth about leftist missionaries, about believing progressives, is that they are liars.

And the amount of time between the two points gets shorter and shorter.

One must observe the steps the lying swine composed of a coalition of Democrats and pro-socialists proceed through on the way to their objectives. Build a Potemkin village, of imagined problems, then exclaim with horror of the very worst things that could happen.

“We have to fix this NOW!” is their first proclamation, and when inquiries are made as to how, invariably, the “solution” is always to “tax the rich”, as if that action alone will solve the problem. As is soon to be made clear, it won’t. The “rich” merely take strategies to preserve and continue to multiply their wealth, and short of outright confiscation or expropriation, there is no way to tax wealth. Income, yes, and tangible property, yes, but wealth is more a state of mind than actual possession of goods and services.

So once they have managed to gather a sufficiently large coalition, get “public opinion” on their side (sometimes this takes years, but what’s time to a pig?), and finally establish some kind of regulatory authority to (a) collect even more taxes, this time from the “less than rich”, and (b) severely punish those who cannot or will not comply. This is sure to bring a ringing outcry from those great multitudes now burdened with the new rules (and taxes), and the rage takes some very drastic and sometimes highly articulated form. Pitchforks and torches are not the only means of raising protest.

The Democrats and associated pro-socialists know they are surrounded and probably much outnumbered, but they have not left themselves without defenses. Their first line of response is “So what? We won!” This is clearly inadequate as a long-term strategy, which leads to a lot of not-so-subtle propaganda and refutation of the accusations being made. In many places in the world, this is enough, if the military and paramilitary forces are brought in to squelch the unrest. But supposing they do not have the physical police power on their side, they are driven to another tactic.

They dance from one foot to the other, their hands over their ears, loudly proclaiming LA-LA-LA-LA in hopes that people will just go away.

Then, in a most ingenuous manner, they say, “nobody has complained, most people must LIKE what we are doing.”

The Current Occupant now squatting in the White Hut (or “Spite Hut”) comes to resemble a combination of both LBJ and Richard Nixon in their last days. Impotent, isolated and presenting every appearance of being incompetent.

Bill Mahar said he’s “ok with the moral complexity of this”, referring to Obama lying about keeping your doctor & plan.

Notice that’s where liberals usually go when the clear, plain truth is impossible to deny - “it’s more complex than that”, meaning, “we have an agenda to advance, and its value is more important than simple honesty”.

Nov 4, 2013 - David Horowitz: “.....To transform society, you need the power of the state; it is the only way their future can be achieved. That is why they are willing to follow the marching orders of a party that can control the state, and that is why they want to advance its fortunes. The Democrats’ perennial campaign message — Republicans are conducting a war on minorities, women, working Americans, and the poor — rests on the central idea that unites progressives behind the party: We are for equality, they are against it.

The reasoning behind such behavior was revealed by Leon Trotsky when he explained why he would not leave the Bolshevik party even after Stalin — who would eventually murder him — became its absolute leader: “We can only be right with and by the Party,” Trotsky said, “for history has provided no other way of being in the right.” “If the Party adopts a decision which one or other of us thinks unjust, he will say, just or unjust, it is my party, and I shall support the consequences of the decision to the end.”

Non-Bolsheviks may not share Trotsky’s metaphysical certitude, but they will recognize the principle. If the cause is about changing the world and there is only one party that can acquire the means to do it, then even though it may be wrong on this or that matter, its fortunes must be advanced and its power defended. This commitment is magnified when the opposition party is viewed as the enemy of the noble cause. If Republicans are seen as the party of privilege at war with minorities, women, and the poor, then their ideas are not only wrong but evil. As President Obama’s political mentor, Saul Alinsky, put it in Rules for Radicals: “One acts decisively only in the conviction that all of the angels are on one side and the devils are on the other.”

Here is another statement from Rules for Radicals: “We are always moral and our enemies always immoral.” The issue is never the issue. The issue is always the immorality of the opposition, of conservatives and Republicans. If they are perceived as immoral and indecent, their policies and arguments can be dismissed, and even those constituencies that are non-political or “low-information” can be mobilized to do battle against an evil party. In 1996 Senator Bob Dole — a moderate Republican and deal-maker — ran for president against the incumbent, Bill Clinton. At the time, Dick Morris was Clinton’s political adviser. As they were heading into the election campaign, Clinton — a centrist Democrat — told Morris, “You have to understand, Dick, Bob Dole is evil.” That is how even centrist Democrats view the political battle.

Because Democrats and progressives regard politics as a battle of good versus evil, their focus is not on policies that work and ideas that make sense, but on what will make their party win. Demonizing the opposition is one answer; unity is another. If we are divided, we will fail, and that means evil will triumph.

They have a saying that expresses this attitude: “We are on the right side of history.” President Obama placed a carpet in the Oval Office on which these words are inscribed: The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice. That’s their justice, their cause. The issues are never the issues; the issue is always what will bring power to those who are on the right side of history, because their cause — not any particular policy or tactic — is enlightened and just. This intoxicating belief is the key not only to the power of the party but to the sense of individual achievement and self-worth of its members, as soldiers in a moral cause.........”
