When should Boehner file an Injunction with the Consumer Protection Agency against Obamacare?

Seldom have so few done so much financial harm to so many as is now occurring with the partial mandatory implementation of the Obama Socialist Health Insurance Tax, commonly called "Obamacare."

Estimates today on FOX News "Fox and Friends" start at 4.5 Million clients who will have their current Medical Insurance policies cancelled at year end because those existing insurance policies are considered to be illegal by the Mandatory Obamacare Federal Insurance Tax Law.

Will Speaker Boehner do ANYTHING to protect Insurance consumers from the harsh financial ruin that Obamacare clearly promises?

Will Boehner protect Insurance clients by filing an Injunction with the Consumer Protection Agency, or just continue to "wait and see what happens?"

File the Injunction with the CPA, Yes or No? What say all of you?

The millions of Americans who have lost their policies should file a lawsuit against 0bama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi. Send a message to the politicians that we are not going to take it anymore.

What gets me is how the SCOTUS ruled social security unconstitutional when it was pass off as insurance. It was later passed as a tax.

Now, if we can just get rid of the pod person that’s taken his place, then this could be done.

Amen...and the millions of small business owners should also join them, or file separately.

Stand up now, or live with Single-payer, later.

So you want Boehner to go to an agency that doesn’t exist and issue it an injuction, which he can’t do because he isn’t a court? Sure, why not?

What I say is that I do not need him to or care if he does.

I do not buy products from salesmen who lie.

And they only get one chance.

The deal is off.

I hope to hell that he does nothing. Nothing. Let these idiots who voted for these people reap the results.

Wait until the Employer Mandate kicks in. Then employers will have to decide whether to spend $4K to $6K per employee a year or $2,500 in a government fine.

If you were a CEO of a large company (1,000+ employees) whose compensation were linked to a stock price and had to answer to investors, what would you decide?

I would decide to move the company to a country where people are free and free enterprise prevails.

You are thinking long term here. We don't do that in this country any more. That takes time. It's the right strategy for most international manufacturing companies these days (don't tell anyone). But for right now, the baby needs shoes and I can see a simple way to put a few million in profits in the bank by putting all employees on the government entitlement.

I expect to lose employer based insurance coverage in 2015.

The real truth here is that with the IRS under investigation the entire roll out process should be stopped dead. The IRS is supposed to be the governing agency for handling everything personal and confidential in the new health care bureaucracy and they've proven that they are vulnerable to sinister motivation.

The congress is full of lawyers and they all know this, yet no one will speak the truth.

...and now some levity -- Obamacare by Morning
