As someone who does background checks all the time this is utter stupidity. You do the background check BEFORE you enter into ANY type of relationship. I know I don’t have to tell you guys why but damn they are just asking for a lawsuit for negligence or hiring someone that is completely incompetent or has a bad history of criminal behavior that could very badly impact your business. Hell you wouldn’t hire a pedophile to be a daycare worker, a thief to work in any position where he enters into people’s homes, a rapist to work at a Women’ rehab facility, an embezzler to be the CFO of a company, etc... We have some real idiots running this country right now...
