Oh man, the possibilities are endless! Fake body parts, really stinky food designed to induce upchucking(I’m thinking a nice, ripe durian with a balut topping will do the trick), etc.
The first thing that came to my mind was live bobcat or skunk...
People should put firecrackers that detonate if you open the trash can. I’m sure homeowners and trash people could find a way to do this without harming the trash men.
Or just wait to collect trash until the smoke has cleared.
