Our Creator already wrote the encyclical that counts

How can Pope Francis lend himself in any activity with the man who will make the Free West the end of an era?

Hard to tell which was really worse, the caricature of Pope Francis as the world’s newest superhero in the ‘Pope Francis: The Encyclical’ mock video, or the picture of him on Drudge with the wind having blown the pellegrina of his robe over his head.

Some would say the picture on Drudge, which would have been seen by far more people than the video.

Either way the pontiff came off as looking stupid in his role as the world’s latest global warming/climate change activist.

The Pope’s defenders are now saying that he’s not really an environmental activist. If not, he sure looks like one and perception is everything.

Pope Francis can hardly be blamed for the wind that came along to hide his face in his own pellegrina. Unless the wind, too can be blamed on man-made global warming, the wind after all is only the wind.

Bergoglio is the Church’s Jimmy Carter, whose destructive influence will be felt for decades after he is gone.

But suppose the Pope is right and man is destroying God’s creation.

Suppose monkeys could fly out of my butt.

"Suppose monkeys could fly out of my butt. "

I like the Pope's chances a lot better.

"the wind after all is only the wind."

The wind is also known as The Holy Spirit.

Maybe The Holy Spirit wanted to cover up Pope Francis' mouth to stop him from speaking.

To an extent you and I can agree that there have been incidents of environmental degredation, and we probably agree the problem is greed. The issue for the pontiff becomes one of how to address the greed without harming the poor? The United States and other energy consuming nations provide far greater food output per acre per farm worker than do the nations where less energy is expended. Energy has cut the cost - dramatically! - of the production of food - sowing, cultivating, harvesting, processing, transporting, marketing. And many farms, at least here in the USofA, operate on a graphene-thin layer of profit. Many years (over 20) ago, when I first became aware of deep ecology and its adherents and proponents, I learned of their goal to reduce the world's population to a few hundred million. And the Pope, bless his heart, unfortunately bought into that entire scam.

Fighting 'climate change' will starve a lot of poor people while making the elitists feel warm and fuzzy.

One guy who is clapping and cheering this encyclical is AlGore, who will be able to make a few more "bi$$ion$" by saying, You HAVE to go the carbon tax route - even the Pope agrees!

God’s creation cannot be destroyed by man, it is the height of arrogance to even suggest that it’s possible.

geesh Louise....God CREATED man in HIS OWN IMAGE!!!! HELLO???

He also told us we have DOMINION over the earth!!

God is the one who creates life....not just a man and a woman coming together in sex.

GOD MAKES IT WARM OR COLD...the ARROGANCE of people that think we can make the weather warm or cold is UNBELIEVABLE!!! It's a SIN, actually.

Genesis 8:22

While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night, shall not cease.”
