It’s not a treaty. Not only because Congress gave that away, but also because there is no document signed.
It is an agreement.
Any future President can stop it.
But is also involves a bunch of other countries who are not immediately threatened by Iran. So if we abrogate it, we will be outcasts within the world.
Obama blew this one up gooood.

They didn’t. We do agreements all of the time. Trade agreements, military training agreements, social exchange agreements.

Why would we have any kind of deal with them?

Roberts was a bought man from day one of his appointment. The Bushes were complicit in the deal. What else to expect from a family whose matriarch would adopt such a person as Bill Clinton as a son. A Clinton who sold out the US to China in notorious dealings.

Here is my take: the Iranians already have a bomb or two. The deal wasn’t to prevent that. It was blackmail for them not to use it. They now get the money, and they have a couple of years to prepare for their apocalypse before they renege and use the bombs.
Either way, all the prepping in the world isn’t going to prevent radiation from killing us.
The deal/treaty is designed to tie our hands and free the Iranians up to kill Israel and America. We get nothing out of it so democrats are celebrating today.
The is no doubt that the POTUS is a muslim sympathizer and that he is destroying America by his many evil policies and bargains and treaty’s and lies, but why are the Congress creatures going along and not doing their job? It doesn’t take much common sense to see that the Congress in in cahoots with the obamanation and may be doing the part that is outlined for them to do. I reckon the time is come for Americans to fight the monsters and their allies or to die slowly of starvation and hard work.
It is time to pray to the one true living God, the God of Israel, and His Christ or we are done. It seems His judgment is on this country.

Regardless if Iran “deal” is a treaty or an agreement, since US funds are going to Iran (corrections welcome), then why doesn’t the House exercise its “power of the purse” (1.7.1) and “press the button” to stop US funds from going to Iran?
I suppose that corrupt Congress has already given Obama a “slush fund” so that Obama doesn’t have to worry that the House will be a brat and not give him his Iran funding.
They are not US funds. It is money that was frozen under U.S. Control back in ‘79. It’s really their own money.

Well, according to Barry, Kerry, and the GOPe, this is a ‘deal’. So they don’t need that supermajority.
The Muslims, and the dems, are counting on the GOPe to be good little boys and girls and not to question their superiors.
