Let’s get this out of the way right at the start: No one is mistaking Matthew Foerstel for a “transgender person” for lack of the better one-word noun I’m sure someone will come up with very soon. He’s clearly just a male pervert going where he’s not supposed to be. I don’t even think he’s claiming to “identify as a woman.”
But last week, Target took a step toward completely erasing the distinction between men’s bathrooms/dressing rooms and women’s bathrooms/dressing rooms when it told everyone to just use whichever one suits their, um, “gender identity.”
Oh no! Must be a transgender......

Target is liable here. Hope somebody has a slip and fall on retainer.
One reason for Target’s decision no doubt is to avoid discrimination lawsuits.
But if something criminal occurs in one of their restrooms as a result of this policy, they’ll be dead meat.
How would a court tell the difference between a transgender and a transvestite? One is confused, the other is perverted, roughly...

I shop in Target, and, frankly, there are more than a few women in that store I do not care to see in any state of undress.
Why doesn’t the guy hang out at the nearest public lake and surreptitiously film beautiful young women in bikinis?

LOL I can not understand all this excitement over a bathroom. The solution is a bathroom for all, take the labels off, unisex bathrooms. End of problem. Use stalls with closed doors. Go inside, lock the door. Men can use a commode, they don’t need a special urinal, only a sign that says put the lid down.
I leave the seat up in a public place, after my business, ensuring the next person at least will not just pizz all over it. In the unisex scenario, the womens may not likes it, but it’s for their benefit too.

Sounds like you are an unattached bachelor guy? Any man who has a girlfriend, wife, daughter will know that this is unacceptable to them.
And for good reason. Men pee all over themselves, the stall, and the toilet seat and they are more likely to do it in a public stall.

Exactly right. A man who claims to be a woman who is attracted to women is not a lesbian. Men and women’s sexual attractions are different, no matter who they are attracted to or what they claim to be. Lesbians aren’t roaming parks at 3 in the morning looking for guaranteed free anonymous sex with women. Lesbians don’t have wide stances or holes through toilet stall walls in restrooms.

Guess what...they already have a solution...it's called Men's and Women's restrooms. We've had it for more than a century. Males use the men's, and females use the women's. Pretty straightforward, huh?
