“Comments made at home on personal computers.”
Cops in Northern California in the past couple of years have found out making so called racial remarks/sexual remarks/anti gay remarks on social media cost them their jobs.
The remarks were made on their personal phones/tablets/pcs.
Of course any such remarks or porn made on a company/government electronic device invites being fired.

Congress will never pass a law that says you cant wear that cap, just because politicians may not like what the cap stands for. We can kiss that goodbye with Hildabeast's SCOTUS appointments.

The EEOC is a nest of vipers. They most assuredly are NOT for the average citizen. Several members of my department filed charges on the chairman of the department, since he so obviously targeted people of color and religious Jews. The EEOC might as well have been his personal attorneys. Even with a lot of documentation, there were no hearings and no action on his heinous actions.

Interesting .... legally, I don't think the words mean anything ... but when it's your employer, and anyone can see a lot about FB people, they probably COULD see her remark(s) and because she had been warned ... etc.

Nor would I say that ...

She lives in a right to work state. Which means she can be fired at the drop of a hat. Anything she says at any time at any place will be used against her.

States don’t need to tolerate anything from the EEOC.

The coming reckoning and correction will be brutal.

Amen, we, our children and grandkids can kiss a lot good bye if Clinton becomes president.
