Not an executive order, a waiver. Remember there are waiver provisions in the law (unions have sought and received them). I’d grant all U.S. citizens an exemption just before I started my inaugural address. Then smile at Obama. Anyone that wanted to stay in could.

Three years is just stupid. They could lose the Senate in the mid-term elections Repeal should come immediately. They can always use a sunset date for when the repeal becomes effective, but the legislative repeal must be immediate.

They are going to pass a repeal bill that sets a date that Obamacare ends, the date will in the future, 2/3yrs. This gives Republicans time to put together a replacement and will force Democrats up for reelection in Trump states to cave before the clock runs down, leaving over 20 million without insurance.

What do you think?

Repealing one unworkable plan with another is not a solution. Repeal, don't replace.

The Republicans ran very well against Obamacare. What makes you think that the Democrats won't be able to run just as well against Son of Obamacare?

because the “market” has already been nearly destroyed by obamacare.

Get rid of Obamacare and what's to prevent the market from healing itself?

It may be the exact right thing to dismantle Obamacare over a certain period of time.

When you are pulling a Bandaid off does it hurt less to yank it off immediately or pulling it off slowly over a longer period of time?

This isn’t a band aid...it’s metallic stiches over a deep wound that’s been festering for 4 years.

And letting it fester for a few more years will do what exactly?

Most people don't like Obamacare and want it gone. Sorry that you aren't one of them.
