Obama wouldn’t leave office without freeing America’s most notorious cop-killer, would he?

Agreed. One last thumb in the eye of the military would be the pardon of Bergdahl while Obama also, as is his pattern, doubles down, this time on his decision to trade five terrorist leaders for a clearly goofy deserter and have the parents join him in the Rose Garden in front of the media to praise him.
May Obama never tire of rolling a little white ball into a hole in the grass after he leaves office.

But maybe Obama would try to lean on Gov. Tom Wolf to pardon him.

My biggest fear is he gives Gitmo back to Castro, along with pardoning Bergie Bergdahl and Hillary.

Its Canada, so the writer is not knowledgeable of his subject. Plenty of American writers contribute articles to Canada Free Press.

Then that’s even worse! I’d give a Canadian a pass for not knowing minutia of our political system, but not one our own!................

Id give a Canadian a pass for not knowing minutia of our political system, but not one our own! Yeah, that would be pretty embarrassing. Don't know if the author is an American, though.

I read the article and he was living in Philly when all this happened, but that doesn’t mean he’s American or Canadian either way. He’s knowledgeable of the situation, but seems oblivious to the fact that Obama cannot pardon or commute his sentence, since it was not a federal case. But if it was I’m sure he would without even blinking an eye...............
