Trump to advance construction of both Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines

Drill baby drill . . . and transport it too.

If you had issues with Donald Trump, but you figured he might be worth rolling the dice if there was the hope of four or five things good things happening, what might have been on your list? The Supreme Court, certainly. The ObamaCare repeal, absolutely. For me, one of the issues close to the top as well was energy independence. And that doesn’t only include drilling for domestic resources. Most people don’t realize what a big problem transport infrastructure is, and the Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines were supposed to serve as major steps in the right direction until they got stopped by a left-wing president who just flat-out hates everything about fossil fuels.

In the job creation world, this is what is called “low hanging fruit”.
But was light years beyond the grasp of Obama

With his big railroad stakes, Warren Buffett’s going to take a big financial hit on this — unless he has also invested in pipeline companies.

Much needed.

One of Obama’s many terrible decisions. Should have been a no brainer from the jump.

“The White House said Trump plans to sign executive orders at 11 a.m. Tuesday morning, but did not provide more details.”

Does anyone know if this has yet happened?

Good. Obama delayed Keystone for years and years, while the State Department “studied” it. Then, after the State Department declared that they could find no significant objections, Obama wrote an executive order closing it down.

The other pipeline delays are equally appalling.

No doubt the Dems will find further ways of delaying it. But I think Trump will push it through. Heck, there have been far worse oil spills from train wrecks than from pipelines. But Obama just wanted to make energy more expensive and more outsourced to the Muslims.

The “loweat hanging fruit” and a boon in job creation in America is still: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/3516663/posts

The above is still the best news for the unemployed technical people waiting for a job.

Prepare for liberal and media meltdowns over these issues........

The liberals believe that conservatives hate the environment; they believe that conservatives actually are in favor of dirty water and dirty air.

Does the Keystone pipeline still make economic sense if Congress implements it’s proposed border adjustment tax which would make oil imported from Canada more expensive?

Trudeau would be wise to get Canada on the Trump train and approve this on our side.
