From what I understand, it wasn’t the King letter that was as scathing to get her silenced. It was the Ted Kennedy one she was reading when she was warned by the presiding senate president. McConnell happened to come out and invoke Rule 19 20 mins later, while she was reading the King letter.

It's total BS for Warren to drag out something from years ago and pretend that it established any facts at all concerning Jeff Sessions.
