Actually, he’s specifically targeting CNN. How can that be against the first amendment? Obama routinely slammed Fox News and no one from CNN had a problem with it.

On the other hand, Hillary took millions of dollars from Russia in exchange for giving them 1/5 of our uranium supply, and the media has yet to cover that actual story.
