Trump had his own security detail which he trusts with his life. the new SS allows idiots over the WH fence and loses laptops in cars for crying out loud. He was hesitant to make the SS his security team, now I think it’s time to go back to his original security guys.
You need a lot of well trained dogs inside the fence. If the dogs get the bad guy take your time in calling them off. Also establish a kill zone inside the fence. A high voltage high amperage secondary fence would be nice. If anyone gets past that they are a mortal threat and should be killed on the spot.
Actually, you could build a very unobtrusive high voltage high amperage line quite cheaply. Dependent on the voltage you would not even need to touch it to be incapacitated or killed, and make it DC current as that is much more lethal. It would probably kill. It would be like a lightning bolt. If you breach that line you came prepared for the high voltage line and should at this point be considered prime target one.
